    This is super easy, super quick, super healthy, and super, super, super delicious. I found white miso paste at my local grocery co-op, but I didn't see it in the regular supermarket; I am sure Asian markets would have it. Sesame oil is also key, you must get it, don't sub.

    This dressing is extremely popular in Jackson, Mississippi, and is great on salads, but also as a dip for all sorts of meats. It is sort of similar to Thousand Island, but much, much better.

    I made this in place of your standard rotel dip - a "fancy" rotel, if you will - the other weekend for a football party and IT WAS GREAT. I used high quality white cheddar and it was just fantastic - served with chips. A great way to have cheese dip that is actually made from cheese (and NOT a "food product.")

    My word, was this good. We made it on Monday and I am still thinking about it. I am trying to eat more salmon, and this recipe, along with the one posted before, are both terrific.     Adapted from a recipe book, this is low-fat and low-calorie, and very healthy. Go ahead and get everything ready ahead of time, as this dish will move quickly once you get started.     This is an absolutely wonderful salad for a dinner party - it is very aesthetically pleasing to look at (all green with brown crunchies) and you also make your own delicious, sweet and sour salad dressing to go with it. Please note: the dressing is included in the recipe list and it makes approx. 1-1/4 cup - the amount you will need for the salad. This recipe was adapted from a Junior League cookbook from Jackson, MS.

    We made this last night and it was really good - really good piece of chicken and I never say that!!! It was moist. We ate the chicken over brown rice with steamed broccoli, and it was a perfect little Monday night meal, not time consuming at all. Oh, I should add, this comes from Susan Spicer's cookbook Crescent City Cooking, which I am steadily working my way through....and all the recipes are fantastic (with the exception of Shrimp Clemenceau)...

    This is really good. Use large, fresh shrimp for best results (peel before cooking). This comes from one of my favorite diet cookbooks, modified to our tastes. Serve over brown rice for a delicious and complete meal.
