    This recipe is from Martha Stewart. I thought these were going to wind up being a little bland, but they are so tasty! I want to note that the recipe says to bake the Panko for 6-8 minutes, however the first time I did this they turned black and smoked up my kitchen! I am certain my oven was at the recommended temperature (400 degrees) because I have an oven thermometer in there. So, just be sure you use caution and keep a very close eye to avoid burning the life out of your breadcrumbs.

    Only two ingredients in this recipe, devil's food cake mix and canned pumpkin. Sounds like it wouldn't be very good but it is! These cupcakes turn out moist and are surprisingly chocolatey tasting, you barely detect the pumpkin taste at all. And because there's no oil or eggs they are a healthy alternative to your typical cupcake. Make sure to use pure pumpkin and not pumpkin pie filling! You could also add chocolate chips, nuts, etc. to pep these up a little.

    This is a delicious "unfried" fried chicken recipe. Chicken tenders are dipped in cornflakes and baked in the oven. I recommend placing the cornflakes in a ziploc bag and using a rolling pin to crunch the cornflakes into very tiny pieces (to help coat the chicken better). Honey and mustard are used to give the chicken extra flavor without adding any extra fat. Be sure to watch these carefully because the cornflakes can burn easily in the oven. For an Italian twist try adding 1/2 teaspoon dried basil and oregano to the cornflake mixture. Or, add a pinch of chipotle chili powder for a Mexican twist. Enjoy!

    This recipe is for a low-fat breakfast burrito that I have come up with. Even though everything in it is low fat it does NOT taste low fat at all!! Bacon, egg beaters, and cheese make this is one delectable burrito that is much lower in fat than other breakfast burritos. I have fat free cheese listed in the ingredients, but I admit that sometimes I will use half of a Kraft American Cheese Single to satisfy my cheese cravings. The addition of the american cheese really gives this burrito great taste, but use whatever cheese you like. Also, you can use any low fat bacon you like but I personally enjoy Oscar Mayer's Turkey is soooo tasty, I actually prefer it over all other bacon. Serve this burrito with fruit and juice for a yummy breakfast!

    This is my version of a stuffed crust pizza. I have tried different brands of cheeses, pepperoni, and sauces and think I have found the best of the best. (But of course you can use your favorite brand if you'd like.) The recipe is for a pepperoni pizza but you can add any additional toppings that you enjoy. This is not a healthy dish, but who can resist pizza!! The amounts are just estimates...put as much cheese, sauce and toppings as you prefer. Also, if you've never tried it try dipping your slice of pizza in ranch or buttermilk ranch dressing. Tons of people do it because it's delicious! I really urge you to try it if you haven' sounds odd but I promise it's good!

    I found this recipe on Food Network's website and couldn't believe it wasn't on Zaar! This is a super simple fried shrimp recipe from Paula Deen. I tried this on my shrimp the other night and it was delicious. I also fried some chicken tenders in the batter and they were delicious as well. Make sure you let the beer/flour mixture sit for a few hours before using it.
