    Found something similar, and tweaked it a bit. Peel the apple or not. Adjust sweetener (use 2 packets if you prefer Equal) and cinnamon to suit your taste. You can use regular Special K, however I just tried it with the Cinnamon Pecan (40 cals for 1/4 cup) and it works better IMO. Will probably work well with some other cereals. Serving size on my can of light whipped cream is 2 TBSP (15 calories). Just enough to stir about and give you the ala mode kind of taste.

    Note: I'm trying to tweak this. The calories are coming up WAY higher than they should (should be 400-500 depending on your salsa usage) This is something that I've worked up recently. The beans and rice should already be cooked. If I were to eat all of this at lunchtime, I would still feel full around dinner. You feel like you're stuffing yourself, but it's a modest amount of calories, low fat, low sodium (depends on the salsa), and an insane source of fiber. Very easy to throw together if you make larger batches of the beans and rice. I do NOT used canned beans because of the sodium. But if you use a pressure cooker, a whole bag of dry beans (not soaked) only takes 35-40 minutes to cook. I get the frozen pepper & onion mixture from Kroger. The salsa quantity is up to you, but you would save a few calories by reducing the amount (I like a lot). My preferences are Paul Newman's Pineapple or Sam's Choice Pineapple Peach Chipotle, because it adds a nice sweetness to the mixture

    Simple concoction that can be eaten as is, or thrown in the freezer for a bit to make more of a sorbet. Gluten and dairy free. I prepare this with an immersion blender. Adjust ice and coconut milk (I use So Delicious unsweetened) as preferred. I don't measure, I just eyball it. I buy my raspberries fresh and then freeze

    This is a MUCH lower fat and calorie version of Recipe #322553. Didn't know just how much better until I posted it! I streamlined it by using self-rising flour, and applesauce instead of the oil and egg. For the applesauce, I usually have the 4 ounce cups around for school lunches, so I just throw in one of those instead of measuring it out. I love adding a little sugar or fat free pudding on top. Be aware, just like the original, this is not a spongy cake. It's...thicker. But if you go in knowing that, you can appreciate it for what it is.

    My husband and I always butcher our enchiladas/burritos, so this saves us the time. It's very mild so great for children, however we add ample amounts of hot sauce to bring it up to our level. I put breasts in the recipe, but I will also cut up a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket, or will use a mixture of whatever I have handy with no skin or bones. NOTE: As indicated, it IS very mild so it is good for kids. Adults WILL want to use hot sauce!!!
