Brown rice side dish, goes good with chicken.

    Recipe #301516

Ok, I don't know if I made this up or not, but it is really really good. I serve it with a green salad of some kind, and some crusty bread! Serves approx. 4 people, depending on portion sizes.

    Recipe #253844

I love the taste of oatmeal, especially in pancakes, but I don't like the texture. Jesse made these cookies once where one step was to grind up the oats in a blender [to make an oat flour I guess] and those cookies were amazing! So I thought I'd try it in pancakes. They're pretty good, not too sweet. Also, be warned that these are not SUPER spongy pancakes, they're a little thinner than normal.

    Recipe #235411

Ok, this sounds lame and a little sick, but it's so good--not at all diet food, so don't eat it on a regular basis! [lol]

    Recipe #214853

My mother used to make this all the time. I changed it up and added a few things. It's a nice change from the basic oven rice recipe.

    Recipe #212469

This is truly a clean-out-your-fridge soup. Use whatever leftovers you have on hand, and anything that needs to be used up. This is just what i did.

    Recipe #212188

I was craving pasta one night and couldn't find a recipe that looked good.. so i made up my own. Not bad, I think it has nice flavour. You can use fresh or frozen broccoli, but if you use frozen I recommend defrosting in the microwave for a minute or so, just so its not too cold.

    Recipe #212180

Ok, so I had this leftover meatloaf that no one was going to eat [no one but me likes meatloaf] and I needed to use it up, so I came up with this soup, and it turned out pretty good. I’m really just posting it so I remember how to make it [ha-ha] if you make it, feel free to sub prepared meatballs as well, and to mix up the veggies as to what you have on hand. It makes a lot, but it does freeze okay.

    Recipe #208549

A healthy smoothie and a quick breakfast. Sounds kind of gross but tastes really good!
