I grew up spending summers on the lake and my Granny always made this to have on hand and would slather this onto crackers for us when we came in from a swim. Easy to spread on bread for sandwiches, too.

This is so easy and babies love it. I use whatever fruit I have on hand: bananas, peaches, blueberries, apples, pears, or a mixture - you get the idea. I whirr up some graham crackers in the food processor and always have crumbs on hand. As your baby gets older, add in cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. to taste.

This recipe was given to me years ago, when I first married, and has remained a favorite of ours. It is very versatile and can be used for OAMC, too.

One of DH's faves. This is a very hearty stew and we eat it a lot on cool fall Sunday afternoons while watching football. Double it to make enough for a party.

This is an easy week night dinner, which can also be OAMC - just freeze the dish before the baking step and let it thaw to room temp before baking. Enjoy!

Delicious, rich and relatively easy. Great for large get-togethers or potlucks. Got this one from my uncle who got it from a friend who got it from a friend, etc. VERY VERY RICH!

UPDATE: After the first review I edited the recipe using less butter. I am one of those cooks who never measures things, so I estimated, and obviously, it was too much butter. The idea is just to brush softened butter over the surface of the brie. I hope this is better! Thanks! This is great party food. A friend gave me this recipe after we all fell in love with it at her party. Enjoy!

This one comes from Paula Deen, and you guessed it! It starts with a stick of butter!

This meatloaf is a breeze to make, holds together and slices nicely- a problem I have had with meatloaves in the past. It is a sure winner from my mother-in-law, who is a fabulous cook. Feel free to experiment with Ro-Tel tomatoes or other ingredients.
