This is a dish my mother created. It is so easy, fast and always gets rave reviews from dinner guests! It is my favourite side-dish. It goes really well with fish or any other white meat. I have always made this by eye, so the measurements are a rough estimate. (Preperation time excludes steaming of the sweet potatoes.)
No melting chocolate, (except for the topping which is optional), no flour, just dump everything in the food processor and you will have the best cheesecake you have ever tasted! I love cheesecake and I am not easily pleased, but this gets 5 stars from me!
This is a great recipe that I use often. The kids love it. The ground beef is rolled in a lovely dough. When baked, the dough has a light sconey texture to it. A 'must try' when you are tired of all the stock-standard ground beef options.
