These biscuits are very thick and rich. Very easy to make. Wonderful for Sunday breakfast. Makes 6 large biscuits or 8 medium.

    Recipe #181823

I created this recipe as an experiment that turned into a family favorite. Wonderful served with Sunday breakfast or brunch. Also delicious with raspberries instead of strawberries. Sure to delight the senses! This recipe also works as a low sugar/carb recipe! Just substitute sugar free jam, Splenda and Sugar free maple syrup for the sugary sweet ingredients in this recipe (I do this for my diabetic husband all the time) - you'll be surprised how wonderful it tastes.

    Recipe #368179

This is a really good soup/chowder that I created recently. It tastes a lot like twice baked mashed potatoes - except for it's a soup. Very flavorful. I use Bear Creek brand Creamy Potato Soup Mix. Enjoy.

    Recipe #337896

Wonderful muffins that are fun to make and taste extremely good! Make sure to use a very high quality jam that you really like. I use Marionberry seedless jam by Walls Berry Farm.

    Recipe #207598

Very yummy apple muffins. The caramel gives the muffins a slightly gooey consistency that is wonderful - if you love caramel. Granny Smith apples work well with this recipe but any type of apple will do. You can always add a dash of cinnamon if you're a cinnamon lover.

    Recipe #252103

This is an easy to make low cost soup that is made in the slow cooker. I created this recipe out of boredom and was surprised with how well it turned out. Though some of the ingredients normally do not “go with” each other they blend well to create a unique healthy meal. You can add shredded carrots, zucchini and chopped mushrooms also.
