A friend of my mother's made this when I was younger. It was the BEST potato dish I'd ever had. Thirty years later - and lots of tinkering - I finally replicated it. Now my husband and kids are big fans, too. I hope your family enjoys this as much as we do.

    Recipe #190139

This is a strange combination of flavors which somehow works out, particularly if you love the flavor of peanuts AND sesame oil. The secret is cooking the zucchini VERY fast to retain the crunch. It's a side dish good for impressing those "well-traveled eaters" we all know.

    Recipe #189934

Every time I've made this super easy tapenade, I've had dozens of requests for the recipe. It's so delicious that I'm always tempted to eat it all myself! Finally I decided I'd post it a 'Zaar and point folks here. Maybe I'll save a tree in the process? (Note: This is a snap to make. The 6 hours of passive cooking time reflects how long it needs to chill before serving.)

    Recipe #186078

Fresh herbs are the key to this dish, and thanks to those handy herb packets in grocery stores I'm no longer limited to serving this in summer. It's perfect for when you're entertaining company. Serve with a green salad, your favorite veggie and some rice for a wonderful, impressive meal.

    Recipe #181673

I've always loved wasabi with tuna, but usually the wasabi overpowers such a delicate fish. When this recipe came to me through a friend, who doesn't recall its origins, I finally found the perfect marriage of flavors. I can't make this often enough!
