I try not to eat too much sugar, so I whipped this up for a good and quick meal when my stomach isn't up to food. I didn't know what to call this, because it's not a smoothie or pudding exactly. The hour is for optional chilling time.
One day I was crazy enough to throw wheat gluten in my oatmeal. It actually was really good! You can add fruit, nuts, spices and sweeteners to this oatmeal to add more flavor; this is only a basic recipe.
I made this omelette for my Grandmother today and she loved it. I'm making her healthier breakfasts daily so she can steer clear of the sugar cereals. This doesn't take much longer than cereal, either!
