My Indian friend wrote this out for me, the ingredients are approximations because she never measures them. This is a tasty dish that can be made first and reheated in the microwave. Frozen spinach can be substituted, use 500 grams.
Found a long time ago on the side of a Nestle condensed milk can, these are a winner every time! Please note this recipe uses Australian measurements - 1 cup is 250mls. This recipe is very sweet so replace the white choc bits with nuts if you prefer.
Found this posted on the Australian Vogue forum, it is delicious, healthy, and tasty! Please note that the measurements are approximations because this recipe wasn't provided with any, and I do it by sight. You basically need enough of everything to roll the chicken in. You can use vegetables (like mushrooms) instead of chicken too.
Adapted from Donna Hays excellent 'Off The Shelf' cookbook. I've made this multiple times and added mussels too - absolutely delicious. Serve with a salad of rocket and parmesan, and toasted rolls rubbed with garlic, drizzled with olive oil and salted.
