    This is a wonderful Mexican flavored dish that will please everyone. My friend Maggie was quite a woman, so it gives me great honor to share her recipe with you. She raised 4 kids while working the farm, then late in life became a business woman. She also became the oldest president and the first female president of our local Rotary club. Maggie and her husband Vince were married almost 60 years when they passed away, just a few days apart. A romantic ending to a life filled with love.

    I grew up on an avocado ranch, so I'm pretty picky about guacamole. This is our favorite recipe because of the lime juice and the mayo. The mayo makes the dip creamy and flavorful plus it lasts longer before turning dark. I use Best Foods/Hellmans mayonnaise.

    This old family recipe is the best of the best. Plus you can make the dough up ahead of time, keeping refrigerated until needed. That lets you have delicious old-fashioned yeast rolls or cinnamon rolls on the table in half the time. (I have modified the directions to be more clear about how much flour to use.)
