So moist, it's unbelieveable. Makes two loaves.

    Recipe #391288

The ingredients can be adjusted to fit your taste

    Recipe #374489

There aren't very many things better than this when it comes to helping our your body. Plus, it's yummy. And if it's too "fruity" for you, you can always add a scoop of non-fat frogurt to make it thick and creamy, I suppose :) To harvest the aloe vera gel, use a knife to filet away all of the green skin and any of the red veins along the inside. Then just toss it in the blender. I also usually add a teaspoon of lemon-flavored fish oil for Omega-3's, but this is not necessary. Aloe vera is known to cure ulcers, Crohn's, fight cancer and disease and do so many wonderful things!

    Recipe #304532

I am inventing this as I go, and I am making it tonight. Sounds yummy, doesn't it? :) I included the rising in the prep time.

    Recipe #225734

This is a really delicious recipe. I adapted this from the Joy of Cooking, changing a few things here and there, like reducing the butter and adding ginger.

    Recipe #225708

A dip or sandwich spread with a spicy tang to it. Made lighter with fat free sour cream. To reconstitute the chipotle peppers submerge in hot water until tender.

    Recipe #221941

I made this in an attempt to copy the wonderful dressing that they use at the sushi bar by my house, Sushi Haru. I could eat their salads all day. I do like my salads salty, so if you prefer, you can lessen the amount of soy sauce to taste.

    Recipe #221807

Do try not to eat the whole pan :)

    Recipe #220579

    Healthy and easy rice recipe.

    Recipe #219843

Easy and Delicious. You can make this healthier by using low fat cheese. My husband raved for hours after he had helped me polish the entire thing off. I made it with my Spanish Rice recipe which uses 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce as well.

    Recipe #219835

This recipe was taken word for word from the Food 911 recipe. I saw this on Tyler Florence's show and tried it with my husband as a lower carb meal. It was so good we made it two more times very soon after. We use grated parmesan in place of the bread crumbs and I also added a bit more lemon, but it is fantastic no matter what. Goes great over rice if you aren't watching carbs like my husband is.

    Recipe #218013

My husband makes this for us about once a week. It is so wonderful that I had to post it. We often use chicken instead of scallops and substitute different types of cabbage. It always turns out delicious. The garlic is KEY! :)

    Recipe #217709

A low-fat muffin with a different texture but a great flavor... Creamy and tart with a hint of orange.

    Recipe #215636

A light and flavorful cold pasta dish.

    Recipe #204738

A slightly healthier version of the old favorite.

    Recipe #203688

A nice way to enjoy mashed potatoes without a lot of butter and fat. Still delicious, though :)

    Recipe #203150

Very light; nice if you want a low calorie treat.

    Recipe #194610

This recipe was adapted from The Joy of Cooking (my bible). Very good. They are a bit runny with the use of so much cream and/or milk so you might reduce it if that is not what you are looking for. Delicious.
