    A quick American style Alfredo sauce that is prepared in your blender & won't give you a dairy hangover ! Alfredo sauce as we know it is so far from authentic anyway, I see no reason for rules so I went in a fast, commercial direction that has no shortage of flavor. The sauce may seem thin but by the time you add the cooked pasta to the sauce & maybe some chicken, it will work out fine. Recipe suits a 13oz (375g) Luingini, Spaghetti or of course Fettucine. Adding chicken or onion is your choice. UPDATE: I have made this 3 times since posting & seriously,... It tastes great.

    The easiest single serve ever ! Made with REAL dairy goodness, not that pretend cheese in the box on the shelf. Don't freak about the 6 slices of cheese,... How much do you think is in that greasy pizza that you almost ordered ?? You can also jazz this up with a small handful of leftover chicken, a little sauteed onion & peppers or mushrooms, even a small amount of broccoli or grated zucchini to keep your mother happy.

    My inspiration was to: Eat more fish, a sustainable & healthy fish that worked well with other low cost pantry ingredients in a recipe that was easy & simple enough toss together for lunch, an easy dinner or even a camping breakfast.     This checks all the boxes. Cheap, Easy, Satisfying & Delicious. The right portion of protein plus plenty of vegetables. Use Turkey, Chicken, Pork with chicken stock or Beef & Lamb with beef stock. Ham is also awesome with ham broth. A hearty Winter meal & a great way to use leftovers. Use ground meat for a quick meal but I think that it's best with chunks of meat & my favorite is left over roast turkey or chicken with a stock made from the carcass of the bird. For this recipe I will use ground turkey but apply the same method & your ingredients to what ever you like. Hey, and there is no shame in using quality frozen vegetables if you are in a hurry but PLEASE use REAL mashed potato's, even if you just finished a 12 hour day, that just means you deserve real home made mashed potato's even more. Try the red potato's & leave the skin on, it has vitamins, fiber & adds some cool color & texture as well as being easier.

    Simple & delicious ! I have seen a lot of foo foo & unnecessary fuss going into making Egg Rolls on TV. You don't need to pre cook the filling, you don't need special tools or fancy egg wash to seal the rolls. Just make them clean, healthy & tasty & enjoy them.     Light, Moist & a pleasant change from beef. Also good when made from turkey or pork. Once prepared you can serve them by: Roll them in seasoned corn starch & fry for 2 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Brown in a pan on the stove top. Brown them on the grill or bar b q. Heat them in a gravy or sauce. Serve them in a soup.
