    Dutch Butter Cake

    Recipe #519501

Very light, very delicious, very easy !

    Recipe #505972

Great Spicy Peanut flavor with a little sweetness,... Best at room temp so it's perfect for a Summer Side Dish or eat it as soon as you make it for a Winter warm up. Look up my homemade Curry Powder to make it exact. Add Thai Red Chili's or Chili Flakes if you want more heat.

    Recipe #470472

    Little pillow's of yum !

    Recipe #446648

A quick American style Alfredo sauce that is prepared in your blender & won't give you a dairy hangover ! Alfredo sauce as we know it is so far from authentic anyway, I see no reason for rules so I went in a fast, commercial direction that has no shortage of flavor. The sauce may seem thin but by the time you add the cooked pasta to the sauce & maybe some chicken, it will work out fine. Recipe suits a 13oz (375g) Luingini, Spaghetti or of course Fettucine. Adding chicken or onion is your choice. UPDATE: I have made this 3 times since posting & seriously,... It tastes great.

    Recipe #442786

Just plain good. Forget the box junk, you don't need it. Add an extra 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk for a thinner cake.

    Recipe #432994

    Recipe #430538

Simply delicious ! Make them into patties if you don't have the casings & a stuffer. Ingredients is PER POUND of finely ground pork.

    Recipe #430537

Everything that you love about Thanksgiving dinner in a very comforting meal. Best with leftover roasted turkey but you can use ground turkey. Take the turkey up to 16oz if you use ground turkey to allow for shrinkage & brown the ground turkey before adding to the mix.

    Recipe #430536

The easiest single serve ever ! Made with REAL dairy goodness, not that pretend cheese in the box on the shelf. Don't freak about the 6 slices of cheese,... How much do you think is in that greasy pizza that you almost ordered ?? You can also jazz this up with a small handful of leftover chicken, a little sauteed onion & peppers or mushrooms, even a small amount of broccoli or grated zucchini to keep your mother happy.

    Recipe #406043

Great as Pot Stickers or in a soup of chicken broth & green onions. Once they are made you can place them on a sheet pan, freeze them then bag them & keep them in the freezer until you need them.

    Recipe #406042

My inspiration was to: Eat more fish, a sustainable & healthy fish that worked well with other low cost pantry ingredients in a recipe that was easy & simple enough toss together for lunch, an easy dinner or even a camping breakfast. Well,... I think I did it ! This is cheap, easy, and very very tasty. I personally only buy WILD CAUGHT AMERICAN SALMON & a frozen mix of peas, carrots & corn is just fine.

    Recipe #393856

This checks all the boxes. Cheap, Easy, Satisfying & Delicious. The right portion of protein plus plenty of vegetables. Use Turkey, Chicken, Pork with chicken stock or Beef & Lamb with beef stock. Ham is also awesome with ham broth. A hearty Winter meal & a great way to use leftovers. Use ground meat for a quick meal but I think that it's best with chunks of meat & my favorite is left over roast turkey or chicken with a stock made from the carcass of the bird. For this recipe I will use ground turkey but apply the same method & your ingredients to what ever you like. Hey, and there is no shame in using quality frozen vegetables if you are in a hurry but PLEASE use REAL mashed potato's, even if you just finished a 12 hour day, that just means you deserve real home made mashed potato's even more. Try the red potato's & leave the skin on, it has vitamins, fiber & adds some cool color & texture as well as being easier.

    Recipe #392018

Flaky home made pastry with a slightly sweetened cream cheese & fresh Blueberries. Absolutely worth the small amount of effort. Directions seem like a lot of work but it's really a simple recipe.

    Recipe #382886

Another one for your Chinese Menu or great for a quick solo dish. A little sweetness with a light "pucker" & you don't need that heavy greasy batter. Switch the pork for chicken, fish or shrimp if you like.

    Recipe #382017

The best "scratch" recipe I have tasted. A cake inspired by Tyler Florence but with a little less sugar & a twist that made a big difference. The cream cheese icing is refreshing.

    Recipe #381368

This took a long time to get right but now it's great. Recipe is per 1 lb of course ground pork butt.

    Recipe #381366

Another variation to my tangy style BBQ sauce, I do like this sweet style sauce on ribs, pulled pork or even drizzled lightly on my pulled pork pizza just before it goes into the oven.

    Recipe #368561

Simple & delicious ! I have seen a lot of foo foo & unnecessary fuss going into making Egg Rolls on TV. You don't need to pre cook the filling, you don't need special tools or fancy egg wash to seal the rolls. Just make them clean, healthy & tasty & enjoy them. Try them with my "Dipping Sauce" & my "Sweet & Spicy Dipping Sauce".

    Recipe #355555

Light, Moist & a pleasant change from beef. Also good when made from turkey or pork. Once prepared you can serve them by: Roll them in seasoned corn starch & fry for 2 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Brown in a pan on the stove top. Brown them on the grill or bar b q. Heat them in a gravy or sauce. Serve them in a soup.
