I had gastric by-pass 4 years ago. Some things just do not digest well therefore getting all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients your body is supposed to have can be difficult. I discovered a smoothie shoppe close to my office but I soon found out their smoothies can be high in calories and sugar - if you aren't careful and do your research. So I bought a smoothie making for home and make my own. Nutritional Chart shows 0 calories, it does have calories - approximately 475 as listed below.

    Recipe #256424

Found this in a flyer from a local Sprayglo (auto paint & body) shop. Could be a pretty Spring or Easter dessert.

    Recipe #220564

Found this recipe on a flyer that came in the mail from our local Sprayglo (auto paint & body) shop. It sounded pretty good and different.

    Recipe #220561

My mom has been making this as long as I can remember. It is easy, can be eaten right away but it is better if stands for a day or two.

    Recipe #193740

This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law when we got married 12 years ago. I am required to make this at least once per year.
