I use a large foccacia loaf to make one big sandwich that can be sliced into appropriate serving sizes. My husband and son can have larger size sandwiches, while my daughter and I can have smaller sizes. I also use this recipe for entertaining, by making several large sandwiches and then slicing them into smaller size servings and securing with colorful toothpicks.

    Recipe #177500

Comforting any time of year. This soup has a delicious flavor that appeals to adults and kids alike. In the summer, I use my garden tomatoes to make the tomato puree for this soup, which really brings out the flavors. The combination of the dried and fresh herbs is the most flavorful, but all dried herbs could be used if fresh herbs are not available. Great for a meal with sandwiches or a cobb salad.

    Recipe #177499

Easy to make and delicious. You can use whatever dried fruits and nuts suit your taste. You can also add coconut, chocolate chips, or other goodies as you like. I line my baking sheets with non-stick aluminum foil, which gives the granola the perfect texture and makes stirring and clean up very easy.

    Recipe #513045

Quick and easy to put together in your crock pot. If I have a parmesan cheese rind, I throw that in during the cooking for authentic Italian flavor.
