    Make sure to let the potatoes cool for 10 minutes before tossing with the oil. If the potatoes are too hot, they will absorb the oil and stick. It is not necesssary to spray the baking sheet with Pam...it tends to smoke and burn before you can get the potatoes on to the hot baking sheet. Weight watcher 4 points

    We loved this nice and light dessert...better still, it is Weight Watchers' friendly at 4 points per serving. You can substitute 1 cup frozen blueberries for the fresh berries. It is well advised to have your ingredients pre-measured and have your mix master set up in advance. This dessert, although a bit fussy, can be made in advance up to 2 days in advance.

That product is not available in Canada, so I added a can of chopped green chilies. If you are "one of those" who can take extreme heat, by all means, use fresh chilies with the seeds left in for that exta punch!!
