This recipe works well for a light brunch or supper.

    Recipe #468399

If you have overripe, wrinkled or squishy tomatoes around, use them up, so long as they don't have any bad spots. Don't worry about the quanity of garlic....it will mellow as it cooks

    Recipe #468209

This can be made two days ahead and chilled or it can be made a few weeks ahead and frozen.

    Recipe #467944

This is my "go to" recipe for when I have to use up tomatoes, basil and ricotta cheese. This fast, easy and flavorful dish Note: I used Allergro tomatoes on a vine that are available at Costco. They are slightly bigger than a cherry tomato, but half the size of a regular "tomato on the vine". They are juicy and very flavorful in taste. If using larger tomatoes, you may need to change the cooking time to cook tomatoes to right consistency

    Recipe #466934

This dressing pares well with mixed salad greens or baby romaine lettuces.

    Recipe #466734

Serve this pate with your favorite crackers or pop some into a pretty ramekin for a lovely hostess gift. This is the perfect appy as it can be made up and chilled for 3 days. The recipe did call for cambozola cheese but the computer does not recognize this item. It is a cross between a blue cheese and brie....not as strong as a blue in taste...mild and creamy. If you like the flavor of blue cheese, this is something worth while trying out

    Recipe #466103

Crunchy, low fat and packed with protein. This appy can be made up to 3 days ahead of time and stored in an airtight container. Experiment with other seasonings, such as curry powder, smoked paprika or cajun spice blends.

    Recipe #466102

Wonderful on all types of meat and fish.

This is for the creative cook, who likes to mix and blend her own spices
