    Gluten-Free No-Bake Toblerone Cheesecake
    Handle

Inspired by recipe#366782, I've made this version totally gluten-free and some small adjustments better suited to ingredient size and availability. I made this cheesecake for Easter 2013 and decorated with mini candy coated Easter eggs. I use a 400 gram Toblerone chocolate for this cheesecake - 1/2 in filling and 1/2 grated for the topping. Toblerone is currently listed as being gluten-free on the Kraft website. Cheesecake is best made the day before serving. Cooking time does not include rest time.

    Baked Chicken Drummies
    Handle

Prepare the marinade in 5 minutes, marinate 2 hours and then into the oven to bake – too easy! For a budget friendly family meal for 4, serve with chips, a simple salad on vegetables on the side. Preparation time does not include the two hours marinating time required. You can use a large Ziploc bag for the marinade to save on washing up if you wish to. This recipe was made using competition ingredients for Dining on a Dollar comp. For a great home-made ponzu sauce - see recipe#487741 #487741 (You could just make up the small amount as used in this recipe) Alternatively, I think a blend of soy sauce and lime juice would work well

Easy Baked Sweet and Sour Meatballs
    Handle

A super quick ‘home-made’ sweet and sour sauce with tasty meatballs that are baked in the oven. Serve with rice or over warm noodles as a main meal. Alternatively serve them as a party food with cocktail forks or toothpicks. It may seem there are a lot of ingredients, but the sauce and meatballs take very little time to prepare. A budget friendly family meal or a great recipe to make for a potluck. You can use recipe #487741 Homemade ponzu sauce posted by GailAnng as a good substitute for the ‘ponzu lime citrus dressing and sauce.’
