This is an individual size 'pizza' made with a ground meat mixture. After baking you can roll it up and eat it plain, or with a squeeze of lemon. I love it with melted grated jack and chedder cheese, lettuce and tomato taco style! They are delicious! Also, when cool, stack with wax paper in between, bag and freeze. Heat in microwave. Normally my family doubles this recipe and we have a marathon with my Dad manning the oven and my Mom and I preparing the pizzas. The kids love to grab one or two out of the freezer after school. Feel free to adjust seasonings to taste and definitely use the tortillas rather than pita bread!

    Recipe #179738

Very tasty and addicting sweet bread. Secret ingredients are mahleb, seeds which can be purchased in any Middle Eastern grocery, and nigella, black seeds. Makes two large or three small loaves. Passive work time includes rising time and baking time.

    Recipe #198715

Very simple but delicious rice dish. You can add currants or nuts to make it fancy. If using canned chicken broth, use one can plus water to make the two cups.

    Recipe #179659

Great recipe for summer party. Make ahead in a 13 x 9 cake pan and chill. Can also substitute Splenda and sugar free Cool Whip and pudding mix. I use a little less when substituting Splenda for sugar.

    Recipe #226141

Makes a tender and delicious sandwich. MUST top with your favorite cole slaw, and serve on a burger bun. I recommend making a large amount and freezing half for another day.

    Recipe #195217

My favorite way of serving brie. I use a pretty fabric ribbon (must be fabric) to tie pastry with a pretty bow, before baking. Comes out fine and doesn't burn in the oven. Serve fruit on the side. I also make it with any flavor of jam. Blueberry strawberry or mixed fruit. For a shiny surface, brush pastry with an egg wash or brush with milk or cream...DIVINE!

    Recipe #209453

Can be made with any assortment of fillings. I like mozzerella and pepperoni.

    Recipe #194361

Peanut Butter square with caramel and chocolate on top. I don't remember where I got this recipe, but everyone loves it!

    Recipe #176249

Posted by request, this is a gluten free pizza crust made with spelt and chickpea flours, available in health food stores. You can add garlic, oregano, basil or parmesan cheese to dry ingredients, to make a flavored crust, and top with your favorite pizza toppings. Prep time includes rising time. Although spelt flour does have gluten in it, it is used in many gluten free recipes since people with wheat allergies can usually tolerate spelt flour.

    Recipe #354518

These are meatless and served cold with lemon. Another one where you might need a partner. A good appetizer for a party!

    Recipe #179516

This is my grandmother Hyganoush's recipe. Light and fluffy and delicious. Can be served with maple syrup or confectioners sugar or BOTH! Great breakfast! I should also add that batter can be mixed the night before and placed in refrigerator overnight to rise. Take out and leave at room temperature for 1/2 hour or so before frying. When we were kids we used to see all sorts of people and animals in the shapes.

    Recipe #179060

I got this recipe from my friend Rosalie. Delicious sweet and sour dressing.

    Recipe #179759

Delicious and easy...crusty chicken with a light sauce made from the pan drippings. Can also use almonds or pecans.

    Recipe #255741

My family adores these! I call them easy because I make the filling in the food processor and use wonton wrappers in place of the homemade dough. I am including dough recipe for those who want to try it. You can freeze these before cooking for later use. You can substitute chicken or shrimp with equally good results. You can steam them or deep fry them, if desired.

    Recipe #354117

This is a very easy recipe that I have been making since I was very young. Any type of chopped or grated chocolate can be used. I use dark or semi sweet.

    Recipe #317949

I got the original recipe from the back of Nestles Mini Chip package about 15 years ago...it is a delightfully decadent cake perfect for company. I usually make extra topping cause it's so yummy! Makes 24 muffins, if you prefer.

    Recipe #435875

I have tried many different recipes and this one is the best. More like a mini pie than a cookie. Also love to make many different fillings. A good opportunity to use the many jams I make all summer. Blueberry, strawberry, peach, apricot, raspberry or my famous 'Mystery Jam', a combo of all leftover fruits which I freeze and make at the end of the summer. I also use different nuts such as walnut, pecan, almond or macadamia and substitute dried cranberries or currants for the raisins. You can also add 1/4 cup sugar to the dough, but I think the fillings are sweet enough without. For chocolate rugalach, make a ganache by melting 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips and a tablespoon of cream. Stir well and spread on dough circle before (or instead of)the jam. I also drizzle melted chocolate on top, after baked and cooled.

    Recipe #200225

Delicious Bolognese style sauce. Great for lasagna, homemade pizza, eggplant parm or any type of pasta dish! Great with browned beef, Italian sausage or plain. Makes alot, so I usually freeze some in 2 cup containers, which is enough for 2 or 3 generous portions. This can be a vegetarian dish and also has no fat if you don't add meat.

    Recipe #177825

I've been experimenting with this one for a while and this is the final result...everyone loves them!

    Recipe #271718

    Easy and delicious cranberry sauce.
