This is a fabulous recipe given to me by my partners Mum - i use 6 oz as i like it sharp but 8 oz is very good if you like it sweeter too, so easy to make and delicious.

SO EASY! I found this recipe in a near by village shop along side the locally produced "Traklements Onion Marmalade" but i have used all sorts of onion marmalade and all turn out to be really good but you must use the red wine as this just makes it! Add red wine as desired - I prefer it to onion gravy with my sausages and mash!

Nothing to say really but tried and tested this recipe and loved it so sharing! I love rhubarb, and this comes out great every time - a simple pudding that tasted really good! Try it!

    Recipe #436814

Just thought i would share this recipe for meringue that a friend gave me as it is simple and always turns out great - this does enough for two meringue pavlova bases.

My family and friends love this golden fish pie with a sweet potato topping, it’s also much healthier than some other fish pie’s as there is no cream or cheese but it is just as, if not, even more tasty….the bacon makes it! A complete meal in a dish and it’s packed with nutrients….perfect with a nice dry white wine too!!

    Recipe #376604

A posh version of fish pie, but extra yummy!! You can use mussels with the prawns, mix and match as you would like. You will need a 3 pint capacity dish for this.

    Recipe #364910

Easy and delicious, a complete meal in one and great for entertaining as you can prepare in advance and just put it in the oven and forget about it until ready to serve, great for entertaining!!

Favourite Chocolate Butter Icing (Buttercream) Here’s a rich, sumptuous version of chocolate butter icing. You can make a simple cocoa-flavoured icing by following the basic butter icing recipe (one part butter to two parts icing sugar) and adding 1tbsp of cocoa mixed with 0.5tbsp milk. But this recipe, with real melted chocolate, lends a little extra luxury to your cake.

This is just amazing! Dug this one out from somewhere...again I have no idea where now but this is well worth making. I like this most with creme fraiche or ice cream, definitely best served hot from the oven.

    Recipe #203631

This is a great way of using up over ripe bananas that you may have lying around and it will keep for ages if wrapped in foil! Great to serve for afternoon tea or just to eat up by itself!

    Recipe #203628

This is a fantastic way of using up a bit of leftover roast chicken and is just the thing for a light lunch or late night supper after a big Sunday Roast!

    Recipe #203624

I have found the most important thing to remember when making Yorkshire puddings is to preheat the oil in the tin before pouring in the batter! Loving homemade Yorkshires - I like mine with a crock pot beef stew or a traditional roast dinner!

    Recipe #203622

I can't remember where I picked this recipe up from but it's a favorite and I never seem to find one to better it as it is so simple, others seem to take much longer but no improvement on taste!

    Recipe #203620

This is a light summery salad that goes extremely well with fish, and smoked salmon, or just poached fish such as sea bass - really refreshing and a great contrast!

Watched this on TV last night and looked so simple and glorious once it had been cooked - I had to post it! Hope to try this one out in the not so distant future, went down really well at Nigella's table!

    Recipe #200655

Apparently the secret to a good hash brown is to keep breaking up the mixture and stirring the brown crispy bits into the centre of the pan. I love these with breakfast or minus the tomatoes and egg and use as a side to most dishes, traditionally this is made with salt or pickled beef but I have adapted this recipe to use minced beef!

    Recipe #200654

Why not get your own little helpers to shape the meatballs for this really tasty meal loved by all ages! A cheap and easy mid week meal all the family will love.

    Recipe #200653

You can serve these tasty tomatoes on their own, as an appetiser or for a breakfast with a twist, with crispy Parma ham and scrambled eggs. These always go down well! I always go for the tastiest tomatoes grown for their flavour.

    Recipe #200367

These pancakes are a novel way of using your surplus cooking apples. Get the best pork sausages you can find BUT don't be tempted to prick them while cooking or you will lose the lovely juices!

    Recipe #200294

The title says it all--I top with grated white chocolate or a raspberry--chocolate heaven and so light and fluffy!
