    Chocolate frosting. Makes about enough to frost 12 cupcakes. Would need to double (or more) to frost a cake. I used creme de cacao for the liqueur and milk instead of coffee. It was good with milk, next time I will try coffee.

    Easy and delicious spinach salad. I didn't use all the sugar, or all the oil. The dressing was sweet enough without the whole 1/3 cup of sugar, and I like my vinaigrettes with a little less oil. You can adjust to your own taste.

    Simple, easy to make - and delicious. My family calls this one "slop" too - because it's not a casserole that holds its shape when served. It comes out in a sloppy scoop, onto the plate. But, even though the nickname "slop" doesn't sound too appetizing - I promise this tastes good. It's often requested by the people in my house. I got this from a website with lots of Weight Watchers Core recipes. This recipe is core if you use Fat Free or Soy parmesan.

    My family lovingly calls this dish "Mexican slop". I found this recipe online awhile back, and it originally included 1 lb ground beef instead of the chicken. I've never tried it with beef, but I'm sure it would taste good that way too. Great served with some sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.

    This is how I make chili at home, and how my mom makes her chili. It's easy, and made from ingredients that most people have on hand in their refrigerator, freezer, or pantry. I use the leanest ground beef that I can find, so that I don't have to drain anything. You can use whatever you have, but definitely drain off the excess fat after cooking. Ground Turkey works well too. Enjoy.

    I was looking for something to serve with my chicken the other night, but all I had in the house was some frozen corn. I decided that rather than just heating it up plain (like I normally do) that I would add some spices to compliment the chicken I was serving. My boyfriend absolutely loved it, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed! I like to cook my corn until it begins to brown a little, but it tastes just as good if served sooner. I kept mine light on the chili powder because my boyfriend can't handle anything remotely spicy, feel free to adapt it to your tastes. I don't know how it tastes reheated because we didn't have any left over.

    This is the tuna casserole my family eats. I read through a bunch of similar tuna casserole recipes, but none were exactly like this. This one does not use cheese. I highly recommend using Ruffles potato chips for the top, they are the best. (Cooking time for the noodles is not specifically included in prep or cook time, although they could easily be finished during the 10 minute prep time)
