    Recipe #243029

    Recipe #243022

This is my Mum's recipe from New Zealand with many variations, it can be on the table in 10 minutes! Good variations are - raspberry and chocolate, banana and chocolate, strawberry and chocolate, banana and butterscotch, banana and raspberry--you decide.

    Recipe #242360

I made a curry a couple of weeks ago which was dreadful and ended out like rice and chicken. I found this recipe in a magazine and it is fantastic. Apparently, it was out of a recipe book called "The Alcoholic Cook Book". It is no longer published, but I made this tonight and it was to die for--a very mild yummy creamy curry!

    Recipe #241908

My Gran's recipe and one of my dad's favourites

    Recipe #241192

I adapted this out of a children's cookbook and changed it around quite a bit. It says you can use corn tortillas as well and you can also substitute chopped chicken. If you don't get tins on chopped tomatoes where you are then the recipe did call for 4 ripe tomatoes. I also used more than twice the amount of cheese called for and used a dominoes store brought white sauce which was also more than required.

    Recipe #241161

I had sausages that needed using so I made this and froze it, it was my first time making toad in the hole and it is easily adapted to gluten free by using gf flour and a tsp xanthum gum. This was really tasty and very simple, although i would recomend messing around a bit with the batter to get it right, my aunty did that part for me so i am unsur eof the exact quantities. i am also a little unsure of the temperatures as i got it out of a aga cookbook as i have an aga, but i happen to know that the aga is at 180 degrees c if that helps

    Recipe #240630

This is a recipe my aunty told me about. It is not too spicy and is so incredibly quick. I could do this with my eyes closed. Even Dad who hasn't eaten chili con carne in 35 years because of boarding school memories has asked for this again! Serve with either rice, baked potato, nachos, avocado and sour cream and always with cheese. This is a very nutritious meal

    Recipe #239049

These are best straight out of the oven while still warm and can keep for up to a day in a air tight container. you can make choc-honeycomb muffins with this recipe by replacing the berries, see note

    Recipe #238935

In the little village where I go to school, they have this amazing "posh b and b". and they do the most amazing food, but their flapjacks are outstanding and we get them every week. i was determined to find a recipe similar and so i messed around a bit and got a recipe which my family thinks are better. these are to die for...a must try

    Recipe #237262

I made this for my best friends birthday, went down a hit!

Made this for tea tonight, added some chopped leftover gammon, very tasty

    Recipe #233997

My friend is a ginger and loves the attention from it. For her birthday, I made her a gingerbread house with gingerbread men and horses (she loves horses also). The only problem I had was I over-decorated the roof so the house collapsed!!! lol But this is a great recipe for gingerbread men.

    Recipe #233993

I made this out of Apples for Jam, everyone loved it, it was so moist and yummy

    Recipe #233902

This is mums recipe, I just made it the other night as my first ever risotto. Use more or less shellfish - we love more

    Recipe #233900

I made these the other week. Out of Tan Ramsay's Family Kitchen cookbook

    Recipe #233898

I addapted this out of a children's cookbook. Everyone loved it so much that I have to make it once a week now, lol. You can just serve it with boil in the bag rice which is what the original recipe suggests.

    Recipe #232108

Mum is not sure where she got this recipe, although she and my aunty are certain it was from their aunty may. This is such a yummy pudding. You really need a mixer such as a kitchen aid for perfect results, but hand mixing is fine. This is excellent re-heated
