Lovely dish from "Bon Appetit". Very nice for a ladies lunch. Sure to impress and easy to make. I like to add some toasted pine nuts to the pasta for texture.

    Recipe #327719

I got this from the Butterball web site. This is delicious! The turkey turns out very moist and has a wonderful flavor. You can substitute 4 ounces of cream cheese if you cannot find mascarpone, but I strongly recommend using the mascarpone. I am not a big fan of turkey but I love this!

    Recipe #308412

This is a recipe I learned from a group of Italian women from the Tuscany region of Italy. They teach cooking classes under the name "Tutti-a-Tavola". This is one of my favorite appetizers to make on the run and is always a hit with guests. You can make up the cheese spread ahead of time and will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator. Try to find a french baguette that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

    Recipe #295645

I have been making this for 20 years and people really like it. It makes a wonderful gravy similar to my grandmother's. Don't let the coffee scare you--it will NOT have a coffee flavor!

    Recipe #218063

This is one of my favorite dishes that my mom made. My kids love it too. The rice is wonderful and the chicken stays moist because of the slow cooking.

    Recipe #209999

From the "Christmas with Southern Living 2001" cookbook. It is fabulous! Great for holiday dinners. The flavors of the fennel and leek are wonderful.Goes well with any meat. Everyone loves it.

    Recipe #202197

Cooks for 24 hours. Start the day before for busy days. Great for football parties.

    Recipe #191562

From "La Bonne Cuisine--Cooking New Orleans Style". My husband's absolute favorite. Spicy(as you like) and cheesy.
