My SIL always make this whenever there is a party etc. No nuts, no meat, no fruit. If you’re like me and like hot and spicy foods, then add a little extra Tabasco. This makes one really big ball, or as I do make two and freeze one for later. Cook time is refrigeration.
I took the idea from something I saw on TV and gave it my own twist. Yummy antipasto, baby boccocini and chicken in one package. I've used thighs because i think breasts will get a bit dry. Because of the strong flavours in the filling, I usually serve with a light salad.
