For a quick and easy lunch or dinner packed with protein, you should try this.

    Recipe #463784

Comfort food! My husband loves tuna melt sandwiches. I like to pair these with a great bowl of homemade tomato soup or a great baked potato soup. Hope you enjoy as much as we do.

    Recipe #438532

Adaptation from McCormick's website - super simple but good "comfy" food. Makes having stroganoff easy.

    Recipe #421646

Great way to spruce up spring's green veggies! You can make the dressing hotter or more acidic to suit your taste preferences.

    Recipe #476296

This recipe was given to me over 20 years ago. I've been making it for bbqs, trips to the lake (easy!), etc. Everyone who tries them wants the recipe. You won't even believe how easy these are! I've nicknamed it "opening a bunch of cans of beans." You can substitute dried onion flakes and celery salt and omit bell pepper for a faster prep and you will not compromise on the flavor! I usually double and sometimes triple the recipe (obviously depending on crowd)

    Recipe #373802

Found this recipe in Albuquerque Journal in the late 80's. Have been making these great potatoes ever since! Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #421641

Fish tacos - people either love em or hate em. But the people who hate em have never tried them -- Take a chance. I think you'll find these really nice (and pretty easy). Enjoy!

    Recipe #421739

Easy lemon pound/bundt cake. This is the cake portion of the McCormick lemon sunshine cake. Theirs calls for a sugar glaze in & on the cake - we found it better without anything on it. What I can say is that this is EASY, very inexpensive, and great in flavor. It's 1 bowl -- no mixing this & mixing that -- simple but BIG result. I make this all the time; to tell you how quick & easy - I made one last nite starting at 6:30 pm and my DH enjoyed a nice slice at 8:30 pm!

    Recipe #421740

This is my best friend's and my attempt to replicate the Green Chicken Chile Soup served at Los Arcos Steakhouse in Truth or Consequence, New Mexico. We love it and have it every time we are at the lake. I called several years ago and they will not give out the recipe. My best friend and I decided we needed to try to replicate it and used our husbands as guinea pigs -- we are close! This is fabulous any time but especially good on a COLD New Mexico night!

    Recipe #442274

Hawaiian bread very similar to King's. Most recipes on Food.com/Zaar are for 1.5 lb loaves -- tried to reduce amounts with NO success. Came up with this for the 1lb loaf and machine. In all honesty, I used all-purpose flour (all I had in the house) first time making this "modified" recipe -- using tips from several sources and recipes. Absolutely fabulous!
