Oh My! IF you want to impress someone by a chicken dish that will leave them asking for more and extremely delighted by the dish, then fix this! It is one of the most outstanding recipes for chicken I have ever tried! I got it off myrecipes.com. I adapted it to my liking. IT ROCKS! Also, a couple of tips, make sure your prosciutto is cold otherwise you will have trouble with the wrapping of the chicken and make sure your pan is thoroughly heated on medium for about 5 minutes before you put in olive oil. If it gets too hot, turn down heat. This is a really good dish to have with couscous. The prosciutto will be really crusty when finished cooking. It is beautiful!

Easy fettuccine dish that is yummy! I always put in at least a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice because I love lemon juice in this! I also put a couple ladles full of the cooked pasta water to loosen the tuna sauce a little. Add extra salt and pepper to your taste at the table!

My mom used to make this for our family back in '72. I totally loved it then as I do now! Very quick and easy to make! Chill time is 2 hours. My mom used to make homemade pie crust but I always have trouble with mine and I recently found these Keebler Ready Made pie crusts.

This is a great recipe for scalloped potatoes. It is so easy! It takes less than 1/2 hour to bake and have on table! The potatoe slices are cooked in the broth and cream mixture on top of stove which helps cut down on cooking time in oven. I have used a mixture of Asiago cheese and sharp cheddar cheese and it was fantastic! You could also use Havarti or any other kind of cheese you like!!!!! Excellent recipe!

This is a version of Emeril's quick tortilla soup. Easy tortilla soup with chicken broth base!!! Very yummy! I can't find fresh poblano chiles so have been using one Penzey's dried ancho pepper, seeded and chopped. Also have been using 4 tablespoons dried onion and 1-2 teaspoons garlic powder if fresh not available. If you have fresh cilantro, use 1/4 cup chopped in place of dried. The seasoning for the tortilla strips is #rz.243095. It is Emeril's creole seasoning recipe.

Really good chili using recipe #313785 that I have tweeked just a bit. It is pretty great chili for not having seasoning packet. All the seasonings I have used are Penzeys spices.

Very thin, chocolately brownie! Makes a small pan of brownies and these are wonderful if you love brownies! You can also use margarine in place of butter but everything is better with butter. Also, I make this in a 9" round cake pan and just cut into wedges.

This is a recipe I got off of Epicurious back in 2002. It is excellent! Wonderful homemade tomato soup! I use San Marzano tomatoes for this and crush them myself. Also, you can use fat free sour cream to lighten the recipe.

Wonderfully easy roquefort dressing! Yummy!!!! This is a recipe of my mom's that she used to make back in the 1970s.

This is the best bolognese sauce I have ever had. It is a very meaty sauce that you serve over linguine. It is from Cooks Illustrated and I have made this recipe for years. It never fails to be yummy! If you can't find the different types of meat, you can use 3/4 pound meatloaf mix. This recipe is enough to sauce 1 pound of linguine.

This is a perfect soup to chase away those midwinter blahs. It is very quick and easy to put together. It is one of my favorite soups and the original recipe comes from 365 Ways to Cook Pasta by Marie Simmons. If you can't find acini di pepe pasta, you can use any solid tiny pasta shape.

    Recipe #326719

This recipe is from my husband's mother who lives in Iowa. I had never seen the stuff before in my life until I went to visit her. It is just a basic, no frills added beef and noodles. I have added the addition of a few things from Penzeys.com. I think it adds the perfect touch to a plain, but good beef and noodles. Also, I think it is better after cooling off in refrig and then reheating in microwave. Try it!

Made this up one night because I had a bunch of Italian sausage.

This recipe came from a cookbook from my mom dated 1980 from Independence Young Matrons in Indep., MO. It may not be the prettiest dish but its good!! The casserole may be prepared ahead with the exception of the final topping of cheese and put into freezer before baking.
