    One of Emeril Lagasse's recipe that is SO GOOD. I usually use less broth (for a thicker soup), cream cheese instead of cream(b/c I like cream cheese), and sweet italian TURKEY sausage (leaner)....however any way you do it, it's delicious.

    Braggs liquid aminos is similar to soy sauce and can be found in health food stores. This dressing goes well with Asian flavors as well as many other types of dishes. We usually have it on romaine lettuce with tomatoes and shaved parmesan. YUMMMMMMMMM.
