    This is a very versatile marinade and is especially nice used with the many different cuts of beef. Used as a basic marinade for meat, it can be so easily adapted to be used with lamb or pork, eg. add chopped fresh mint and perhaps some honey, if using with lamb, or grated fresh ginger if using with Pork.

    These are what I would desribe as "best ever bagels". They are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I've had this recipe for years - and was passed on to me by another bagel lover. They are especially nice eaten whilst they are still warm, spread with Philadelphia Cream Cheese, thin slices of smoked salmon, a good squeeze of lemon juice and some freshly ground black pepper! They are also very nice for breakfast,toasted and spread with Philadelphia Cream Cheese,and raspberry jam!

    Gorgeous!! Morish!! ...and the easiest Pasta Salad to make by far!! One helping is never enough!! Prep time does not include the time taken to *cook the Pasta which usually takes about 10 minutes in the microwave. I add plenty of salt and a good dollop of Olive Oil to the water. (I find the Olive Oil flavours the Pasta) 'BEER STICKS' are about the size of Frankfurters, but the meat is like that of pepperoni OR salami.
