This is a moist and very light Hazelnut Sponge filled with Strawberry cream. Just PERFECT for a dinner party, and can be prepared in advance. It looks very impressive too!!

    Recipe #21718

This is such a delicious soup! It has a lovely consistency and loved by all who I have served it to. This is a real winner! People who have never had it before can't seem to guess whats in it!! Where this recipe calls for Chicken Stock, I use Campbell's Real Stock, and add water. It's so much easier than having to make your own! I usually use 1/2 Chicken and 1/2 Vegetable Stock. If making in advance leave out the beaten egg yolks and scalded cream and add just before re-heating and serving. For the purpose of freezing -leave the beaten egg yolks and scalded cream out until thawed and re-heated.

    Recipe #21707

This BBQ sauce is a real beauty! With a rich and tangy flavour, some say it's mildly addictive!! It makes about 1 & 1/4 cups, and is delicious served with ANY BBQ meat, and especially good with sausages or barbecued Kransky!

    Recipe #21684

A really nice change from the usual beef and chicken satays.

    Recipe #21433

These are REALLY deLICious! The following recipe makes about 30. You may want to double the recipe to yield about 60! You keep going back for more, believe me!!

    Recipe #21404

You'll want to have these again and again and again. They are REALLY beautiful - and so tender and succulent. Very easy and quick to prepare too - and can be prepared a day ahead!

    Recipe #21402

This is a very quick and easy 'Dinner Party' recipe which over the years I have frequently used and one that many of our friends seem to rate very highly. It can be prepared in advance and easily re-heated. The preparation time includes the time it takes to coat the chicken and to make the sauce.

    Recipe #21251

This is a very light and most refreshing dessert AND a lovely way to eat ice-cream! This is sure to impress your guest/guests!!!

    Recipe #21194

Not only are these Lamb and Walnut parcels to DIE for! But they also look rather exotic! The beauty of this meal is that it can be prepared way in advance! My Lamb and Walnut Parcels are nicest served with cooked vegetables! E N J O Y!

    Recipe #21089

These are beautiful! And very easy to make - believe me! Preparation time does not include the time it takes to make the pastry - though this doesn't take long at all.

    Recipe #21048

Gorgeous!! Morish!! ...and the easiest Pasta Salad to make by far!! One helping is never enough!! Prep time does not include the time taken to *cook the Pasta which usually takes about 10 minutes in the microwave. I add plenty of salt and a good dollop of Olive Oil to the water. (I find the Olive Oil flavours the Pasta) 'BEER STICKS' are about the size of Frankfurters, but the meat is like that of pepperoni OR salami. They are called Beer Sticks in N.Z. but there may well be another name used for them elsewhere.

    Recipe #21040

Simply delectable! I use White Toblerone Chocolate for this recipe -(2 100g bars/blocks plus a half). A bit extravagant perhaps but if you only make this dessert once in a while, what the heck!! I last made it at Christmas - the 2 colours (red and white) and the garnish (mint leaves), made it visually very appealing and ofcourse Christmasy!!

    Recipe #20638

This very easy and light Chocolate Cake wins hands down over any of the packet varieties - yet takes little more time. The Caramel Filling is so easy and transforms the cake into a real Gateau! Great for a special occasion.

    Recipe #20625

    Delicious with coffee!

    Recipe #20614

This recipe has proved very popular not only because is it delicious but because it is also very light. It also looks most appealing!

These biscuits are really morish! and so quick and easy to make.

Delicious and easy to make and can be made in advance.Very savoury and perfect for a light lunch or dinner served with a green salad. I'm proud to say this is my very own recipe!

    Recipe #20568

This recipe is so quick and easy, aswell as being delicious. Even friends of mine who are not very partial to Tuna love this recipe.

    Recipe #20561

These are scrumptious! So easy to make, as is the sauce, and they always go down a real treat at parties, BBQs, or as an appetizer - just so versatile!

    Recipe #20558

It is a very easy and yummy recipe. I'm often asked to make it when we have or go to a BBQ.
