This is an old favourite of mine! I enjoy this bread sliced and buttered with a morning cup of coffee! Mmm! DE-LISH! I have not included preparation time with this recipe - (2 hours 30 minutes in the Bread Machine and about 45 minutes spent rising in a warm place)

    Recipe #24042

This bread is SO appealing and very versatile too! We often have it in the summertime quartered and sliced horizontally and filled with barbecued chicken thighs, lettuce, sliced red onions, tomatoes and avocado and some Paul Newman's Own Ranch Dressing! Simply divine!! The preparation time I have given does not include the time it takes for the Bread Machine to make the dough or the time it takes for the dough to rise.

    Recipe #23657

This bread is perfect used for sandwiches! Lovely texture, inviting aroma!, and yummy flavour! The colour AND flavour can easily be adjusted to suit your own taste.

    Recipe #23647

Although these are a traditional Easter treat, I often make them at other times during the year - without the crosses! YUM!! The preparation time I have given does not include the time it take for the Bread Machine to make the dough. (But includes the time it takes for the dough to rise).

    Recipe #23279

Truly delectable! Served with any dessert or added to that 'after dinner cup of coffee'! We love it poured over a fresh fruit salad! YUM!

    Recipe #23265

This is another lovely recipe I sometimes use though this one doesn't have any cream in it as such - but it is still beautiful without it!!

    Recipe #23258

I've often used this as a side dish. I really like it as it doesn't override the other flavours of the meal I've cooked, which is why it makes for such a wonderful vegetable accompaniment.

    Recipe #23188

These dessert crepes are truly scrumptious! Nice and light, they are perfect after any main meal, and I make them all through the year! The preparation time does not include the time it takes to make the crepes--though they don't take VERY long to make.

    Recipe #23103

This is a delicious and very easy recipe for a dinner or lunch party, served with a crisp green tossed salad and a glass of your favourite white wine! I make this dish during both winter AND summer, and has proved very popular amongst many of our friends! I have not included the time it takes to make the crepes in the Preparation time given, though they don't take VERY long to make.

    Recipe #23100

This Panettone really is "heaven on earth!!" So light in texture and really addictive!! The preparation time I have given does not include the time it takes for the dough to rise - (this usually takes about 1 1/4 hours in total). To make the Panettone an outstanding centrepiece on a table, put the dough (all of it) into a well greased ceramic lift-out centre of a slow cooker, such as a Crock-Pot and make sure the basin is well greased around the top. It will need a slightly longer 'proving' time doing it this way -you will need to stand it in a warm place (using the large basin), for about 45 minutes or even a little longer, until the dough doubles in size.

    Recipe #23078

Although I have not tried making these before I understand they are absolutely gorgeous! The recipe has been highly recommended and given to me by a friend who is studying Italian at university and who once lived it Italy for several years.

    Recipe #22969

This is a really morish salad, rich in flavour. It is great served with just about anything! And an all time favourite of many to whom I have served it too. Also a good salad to prepare in advance - infact it's better if it is - (the 'older' it gets, the better it gets!!!!)

    Recipe #22891

This really compliments the flavour of fish - any fish! Whether the fish is BBQ'ED, crumbed and deep fried, lightly pan fried or grilled, it is just delicious!

    Recipe #22848

You're sure to love these! So tender and succulent! I've roasted them and BBQ'ed them and they take less time to cook on the BBQ but are just as lovely oven roasted. Just make sure you have a bowl of water with some lemon slices in it on hand and plenty of serviettes!

    Recipe #22841

This is a delicious way to roast lamb! The mustard and herb mixture spread over the lamb forms a delicious crust during roasting and helps to retain the meat juices and flavour.

    Recipe #22836

These are just DE-LICIOUS and a rather nice change from the usual SAUSAGE rolls!! * Once cooked these little treats may be frozen. Or, they can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and be refrigerated.

    Recipe #22740

This is a very versatile marinade and is especially nice used with the many different cuts of beef. Used as a basic marinade for meat, it can be so easily adapted to be used with lamb or pork, eg. add chopped fresh mint and perhaps some honey, if using with lamb, or grated fresh ginger if using with Pork.

    Recipe #22711

IMMMMMMMMM! This is one of my favourite marinades that I use with pork.

    Recipe #22710

And yes!, they are just as the title describes! Really, really - YUMMY!! The preparation time does not include the time it takes for the lamb to marinate as this can be anywhere from 1 hour to 3 or 4 hours or even longer if desired.

    Recipe #22705

Anyone who loves lamb will love it marinated in this!!
