A friend brought this to a silent auction, I was the lucky winner of one. This is so easy and so delicious! She got the recipe from the back of a cream cheese container. I would have taken a pict but the cheesecake vanished too quickly!
Revised! This is my sister-in-law, Rachel's recipe, she said this is her favorite! My mom made a similar version growing up, but with raspberries. I found a different version of this with less sugar in the crust so am updating accordingly.
This is a great tasting bread, a little twist on the normal. It freezes well and kids love the small loaves. Alternative ways to cook - instead of using a mini loaf pan you can use a cupcake tin, or if you want you can use a standard size bread pan (you have to increase cooking time to 60 minutes if you do this).
