This is from the Martha Stewart Show. It is FANTASTIC. I have tried it in many different incarnations, my favorite so far is stirring in 2 tablespoons of instant espresso powder into the boiling water. A little tip, use the best cocoa you can find.
Delicious, modified from a chocolate cookbook recipe given to me by a gal pal. Called a chipper because that is how you will feel after eating them! These do not really spread, so if you skip the patting down step, they will stay balls.
This salad is a a great start to your day! Just sweet enough, and loaded with great nutrients! Serve it with a whole grain english muffin or oatmeal to add some great "grains" to round out the meal. I use "California Style" cottage cheese. If you don't have agave nectar, feel free to substitute honey or maple syrup!
