My children gave this a thumbs up, and I felt that finally I had an excellent slow cooker recipe. This tastes delicious, is all natural, and easy to prepare. I improvised on a camping recipe that I found somewhere and ended up with this.

A delicious, thick tomato soup. The method is so simple that making large batches is very easy; there is very little chopping up to do. I make this recipe with organic tomatoes to get the best results. This soup happily accepts very ripe or soft specimens that no one will eat. This is a vegan, low carb recipe.
Our favorite way to eat avocado, a smooth dip lovely with carrot sticks or crackers. I like to make this for pot lock meals, and there are never any left overs, even if I started out with 4 Ibs of avocado.
