I got this recipe from a Weight Watchers meeting and it has become one of my most favorite recipes! You could probably make it into a dessert by adding a crisp/crumble topping to it or by serving it over ice cream but I love it all by itself!!
(2 points per serving)
This recipe was given to me by a friend and after making it the first time, it's gone directly to my favorites! These pancakes are hearty, have a bit of a nutty flavor and are VERY filling!! I think the next time I make it, I'm going to try putting some sliced bananas either on the top of the batter before turning or on top of the pancakes after they're done. Yum!!!
I found this recipe on the alohaworld website (http://alohaworld.com/ono) and just adore it! I'm always looking for a good banana bread recipe and this one fits the bill! It's moist and has a nice crisp, almost caramelized crust. Now if I could just figure out how to keep the crust during storage!
This is a recipe that I received from a fellow scrapbooker (Flo!). I have made this recipe for a few parties and it is always a HUGE success. This is by NO means a light dish; it is heavy and rich and delicious. Once you make it, be prepared to get requests for more from everyone who has tasted it!
This recipe was in a local magazine a few years ago. I just got around to making the other day and was amazed at how delicious and simple it was! I was in a rush to run errands the day that I made it so I put it in the crock pot on low for 8 or so hours and it was wonderful. Next time, I'll be following the directions!
This recipe is from a flyer that I receied many years ago. I made them once and they were really tasty but I don't like to fry all that much (too much work and fat!) so I haven't made them again since. I'm going to try making them into mini muffins sometime soon!
This recipe came from a WeightWatchers MSN groups that I belong to. I made it last night for dinner and just LOVED it! It's quick, easy and tasty and I think it will freeze well (I'll let you know if we ever have enough left over to freeze!) Each serving is 2 WeightWatchers points.
I got this recipe from Woman's Day Slow Cooking magazine. I'm doing weight watchers (flex program) and this recipe was very high in points so I've made some modifications to bring the point count down.
