    This is one of my favorite meals, and sadly one I dont get too often anymore, as my wife hates mushrooms. I actually found this recipe on a package of portabello mushrooms,and I am mostly recalling this from memory, as I cant seem to find the original recipe anywhere.

    Recipe #171666

    This is my own concotion. It's kind of an elementary recipe, really kind of goofy actually but I absolutely love omelettes and I have been working on this one for a while, adding imgredients and taking them out.

    Recipe #171574

    The Palmetto Bug Stompers once crooned that: "There is nothing Like New Orleans", and there is also nothing like a good, simple gumbo, be it chicken and sausage, or seafood(my favorite)when done right, you can see why people get addicted to Louisiana. A quick confession;I have shamelessly stolen this recipe from Chuck at the Mighty "Gumbo Pages", just so we know that I give credit where credit is due. Check out his plethora of Louisiana recipes at his site;

    Recipe #171573

    This recipe actually originated with Chef Tommy Cvitanovich,at Drago's in new Orleans. It is a quick, easy and really cool way to cook and really enjoy fresh Oysters! Especially good on cold Autumn evenings, served with fresh shrimp and catfish for dinner at camp after a hard days hunting
