Very filling, a low calorie comfort food that you can eat at any time of day. Recipe is easily doubled, trippled, etc. I like to make this in my toaster oven but it can easily be made in a toaster and a broiler or on a grill.

Don't knock it till you try it! This is extremely low cal. If you use fat free cottage cheese you get 40 calories for 1/4 cup. Boullion cube is 5 calories and 3 cups of lettuce is under 20 calories. So the whole things is less than 65 calories but tastes rich and creamy.

Who says you have to spend a long time cooking a tasty, healthy, filling breakfast? Not me! You can easily double this recipe, just use a bigger bowl. Feel free to change up ingredients too; these are just my personal favourites. The red sauce in the pictures is just something I blended up with fresh tomatoes, etc. You can use whatever you want with this versatile dish.

Something that I whipped up...tasted "mediterranean" Cooking time is chill time.

This makes a VERY light and fluffy cheesecake. The fruit and jello give it a very refreshing, summery flavour. Perfect for a finale to any meal. Cook time is chill time.

This is something I whipped up as a refreshing, cold, very low calorie drink. The nestle baking cocoa only has 15 calories per tablespoon and i used only about about 1/4 of that. Equal 0 calorie sweetener makes for a pleasant addition to satisfy your sweet tooth.

For me this is just the right amount of sweet, creamy, and bitter, cheapness, and comfort of home.

I find that adding the yogurt to the mix gives it a very unique flavor and keeps down the calories.

You can eat the potatoes by themselves or wrap it in . I made it for brunch but I think its good for any meal as a side or appetizer.

I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but I had a craving for an omelette, so I made this one up and it turned out excellent!

I couldn't find a satisfactory meatloaf recipe so I made my own. Turned out pretty well.

It is very nice for presentation. Tastes like a cross between cheesecake and key lime pie. I kind of whipped it up because I had to entertain guests and it makes for a nice presentation.

This is rice that goes practically with anything. You can have it as a side for meat, or mix it with seafood, and it tastes just as great. I made it the other day with Calamari. It was pretty amazing! Note: I made this recipe to be low in calories, so you can easily substitute the Pam for butter or oil.
