    My family loves shrimp toast and when our favorite Chinese Restaurant closed at home we started looking for a good recipe. This one is pretty good, but not the same....I think it has to do with the oil that they use over and over for frying in. You just don't get the same taste at home.

    This is an awesome recipe.....it can be used in a variety of ways. I use it at the center of a large antipasto tray surrounded by veggies, cheeses and a variety of italian meats. It is delicious and looks so beautiful. It can serve as a light meal in some instances or just as an appetizer tray before a dinner party. It's pretty impressive to say the least.

    This is really great served over buttered biscuits with bacon and eggs for breakfast. The gravy is delicious and everyone raves when I make this! This dish can also be used a main dish gravy if desired. I believe this came from a 'Taste of the South' magazine.

    My DH grilled a Prime Rib roast for company dinner last night and I will never cook it any other way, it was perfectly done. Medium on the end cuts and medium-rare in the middle. The secret is to keep the grill temperature at 475* and never peek while it's cooking!!
