This is a lovely, rich white bread dough that kids love! It can be used to make rolls, cinnamon rolls or bread. I usually cut the sugar down a little. Listen to machine when it begins to knead and adjust water if necessary.

    Recipe #272055

From a magazine about 10 years ago! This is delicious on crusty bread, as a pizza base, or mixed with philly for a dip and is very quick to make.

    Recipe #272048

There are other Mars Bar Slice recipes out there, but this one is the simplest and easiest to remember.

    Recipe #244202

This recipe featured on Australia's "Food Safari" on a Moroccan show they did. They are simple to prepare and taste delicious and very refreshing when served with some minted yoghurt.

    Recipe #291048

This is a lovely, refreshing salad with lots of coriander. I found it on the internet years ago, but I don't remember where.

    Recipe #242764

I saw Nigella make these the other night and went straight out to the kitchen to try them myself! I don't usually do desserts, but these are simple and simply divine!

    Recipe #230972

My 13 year old son would eat these 3 times a day, if allowed! This easy recipe came from the ABC radio website. Add spinach and turn it into Eggs Florentine!

    Recipe #225108

I found a recipe similar to this in one of Claudia Roden's books and then gave it my own twist. This is a deliciously fragrant dessert, best served with a dollop of very thick cream or the best available icecream! Ras el Hanout is a Moroccan spice mix which I buy from Herbies in Sydney, or you can blend it yourself.

    Recipe #299784

I can't remember where I found this, but it is quick and very tasty!

    Recipe #225560

I have used this recipe for years, but I cannot remember where I got it from! It makes a very fudgy brownie. I have found substituting the sugar for 1/2 castor sugar and 1/2 brown sugar makes an even better brownie!!

    Recipe #205790

A great version of a popular standby.

    Recipe #225106

The attraction for me with this recipe (besides the chocolate) is the simplicity! I found this on a site called SoMinty and the recipe is by David McIver.

    Recipe #201265

Be sure to make lots of this one as it always disappears very quickly!

    Recipe #242766

I cut this from a magazine about 10 years ago and still make it frequently. People always love it and ask for the recipe. The honey is a very important step to finish it off.

    Recipe #231014

I adapted this from a recipe I found in a Marie Claire cookbook. It is dead simple, but does need a little careful watching towards the end to prevent it from getting too dry.

    Recipe #217599

This is a Donna Hay recipe that I found on our local ABC radio website. I want to try it out so it is here for safekeeping! I would probably cook it at a slightly lower temp & for a little longer than it says here.

    Recipe #263998

I made this after seeing a similar recipe in an old magazine, but I changed a few things. It is surprising how very tasty this healthy soup is!

    Recipe #238650

This one never, ever fails. I found the recipe in a cookbook which came with a new oven some years ago.

    Recipe #204209

This is a Greg Malouf recipe from his book "Arabesque" (published by Quadrille publishing) and is just gorgeous, although I think it could do with a touch more ginger.

    Recipe #311202

I love sweet potato (or pumpkin)so, after some thought about how best to use up the eggs, I came up with this!
