This is a yummy winter dessert. My all time favourite. The mix magically seperates during cooking, leaving a light fluffy pudding with sweet tangy sauce! I guarantee you'll make it again and again. All measurements are in metric.

The only recipe my late mother-in-law would consent to sharing with me! This is scrumptious and is an excellent accompaniment to any meal.

Inexpensive and impressive dip for any occasion. Yummy too!

This is a great favourite in my household. And I have found that even people who generally don't like tuna enjoy this dish. It's sounds unusual I know, but it really is very nice served with crusty bread and a green salad!

This is easy and quick and surprisingly tasty. Steam some carrots and beans and the meal is complete.

Hearty meal for a winters night. Kids love this meal. You can add some chili powder or cayenne pepper for zing!

    Recipe #25519

An emergency "what's for dinner???" recipe. And equally good (if not better) cold the next day.

Muffins with a Mediterranean flavour. I got this recipe on a little card printed by Riverina, the sundried tomato people :o)

    Recipe #24326

Credit goes to Ian Hewitson - Huey's Cooking Adventures. (An Aussie cooking show) A little fiddley...but worth it! And economical too. Served with some green beans on the side, or on its own, its a complete meal. You can use beef mince but lamb works best.

There's only one thing wrong with this old recipe of my Mother's...it never goes far enough! Trust me..it's delicious!

    Recipe #23981

I guess you could call this "a poor mans beef stroganoff." I invented it because I love stroganoff but couldn't afford a tender cut of steak! You can also substitute chicken for the steak.

Delicious served hot with a tossed salad or cold the next day for a picnic! A little work involved in grating the vegies but its a good workout for those arms! lol

If you love coffee, and you love cake, and you believe "Quick" is THE buzz word for the new millennium ... then this recipe is for you! I've been making this recipe since I was a new bride (and I aint saying how loooong ago that was ;o)

    Recipe #22695

Very quick. Very tasty. Use any vegetables you have on hand. Also works with pork or chicken! Adapted from the Womens Weekly Stir Fry Cookbook. Serve with rice or noodles.

Nice flavour! This recipe was on the back of a Continental Soup Mix Packet 15 years ago.

After school treat or one the kids can make for themselves on a rainy weekend!

This is a great luncheon or light dinner recipe! The pie crust made from bread works really well and is much easier than pastry. I think it originally came from the Australian Womans Weekly. I've been making it for years. Serve it with a tossed green salad and some chips (fries)on the side.

I invented this recipe for my husband who is a (wannabe) body builder! They taste good and (hopefully) help to put on the muscle!

A simple old fashioned desert, this recipe was handed down from my Great Grandma and is a family favourite of three generations.
