This was the recipe included with my Williams-Sonoma mini tea cake pan. I haven't tried it yet, but wanted to post it on Zaar because I will inevitably lose the hard copy before I have a chance to make these :-)
The recipe seems quite involved but the result looks beautiful and impressive!
These ribs can either be grilled or baked. Since the temperature is too cold for grilling at the moment, I've only tried the baked version. These ribs are quite peppery, so if you're not a huge fan of black pepper I would recommend reducing the amount in the recipe by half.
One of my mother's favorite muffin recipes, I believe it was published in a 'Robin Hood' cookbook. These muffins are especially good around the holidays when there is an abundance of fresh cranberries.
This recipe is perfect for an easy, quick, weekday meal and is great to use up any leftover chicken that might be on hand. I've been asked for this recipe so many times that I figured it would be faster to post and share ;)
This is a recipe that my mother would always make for us when I was a child. Blending the onions and celery was her crafty way to get us to eat this dish by disguising the veggies. Let me tell you, it worked great ;)
