The best and easiest recipe I've found for banana bread. Given to me by a friend's mother.

This is beautiful, easy and smells great. Always better the next day.

    Recipe #254815

Got this recipe from my organic weekly delivery, and doctored it up a bit. Good way to incorporate Fava beans into your meal.

    Recipe #233978

mmmm. Traditional british food, I cook this with veg sausages and onion gravy, but it works with good pork sausages too. I will warn that yorkshire pudding doesnt work quite as well in drier climates, but a tip I have heard is to add a pan of water to the bottom of your oven while baking. Never tried it myself being in the U.K, but give it a go.

    Recipe #26416

This is great,a no yeast naan bread that turns out perfect every time. Serve with your favourite curries. The thing is , my boyfriend always seems to make them better than me! Prep includes resting time

    Recipe #21155

I love this rice, I discovered the perfect way to cook Basmati rice in Vegetable Heaven and the spices to make it fragrant were from The Great Curries of India. This goes perfect with any indian meal and easily multiplies. I put four servings as in 4 side dish servings.

    Recipe #20472

This is the tastiest soup I have ever eaten in my life. iTs really sophisticated and unusual. I got the recipe from The BestSoups cookbook. Honestly its delicious, but dont be tempted to increase the curry paste as it spoils the delicate flavour.

    Recipe #19892

This is a recipe I tried at a friends house once. The combination is actually really tasty, I have made it unsuccessfully and successfully. The difference being the chilli peppers. The heat works so well with the tuna. It's LOW FAT too!!!! Dairy free if served without sour cream. Just to clarify spring onions/scallions I consider to be the same thing.

    Recipe #19763

This is a recipe I used alot as a poor student. The bacon was a reasonably cheap alternative to beef, which was really all I could afford. This reheats well too. This is traditionally a spicy dish but you can adjust the heat as per your tastebuds and who you are cooking for.

    Recipe #19363

It seems every house in Ireland has a pot of this soup on the boil. Each family with it's own recipe. It is cheap, delicious and filling. I devised this version through trial and error, but it is always a favourite with anyone i serve it to. You can replace the chicken stock with vegetable stock to serve as vegetarian. This is not set in stone, so adjust as you see fit.

    Recipe #19288

This is a delicious vegetarian curry popular with everyone. It is beatifully fragrant and colourful.
