Adapted from a Food Network magazine recipe. Much better than store bought crust. A family favorite for Friday nights :)

    Recipe #483612

I started with Big Batch Spaghetti Sauce Recipe #37563 as a base and modified to meet my tastes from there. This sauce is slightly tangy, with a hint of spice, and not too sweet. What I use my tomatoes for every summer :) The only down side is now I can't eat store bought sauce!

    Recipe #434070

An adaptation from a Body & Soul recipe.

    Recipe #334669

A lunch idea from body + soul.

    Recipe #324622

This is a slight altercation of a Rachael Ray recipe. I really liked, DH thought it was okay.

    Recipe #315129

A nice, light meal great for summer evenings. I adapted this from Better Homes and Gardens.

    Recipe #314980

A Better Homes and Garden recipe. My DH really liked this one, I thought it was a little bland - but I'm not a big fan of eggplant and he loves it!

    Recipe #314679

A Better Homes and Garden recipe. Very good if you like curry. I created my own curry, it worked well - or you can use purchased curry.

    Recipe #314674

I found this recipe at Better Homes and Garden website. I adapted it from there. Fairly healthy - lots of veggies. A nice summer recipe.

    Recipe #314668

A Better Homes and Garden recipe. A little bland on flavor - if you try this recipe and add anything to it to make it more flavorful, please let me know!

    Recipe #314653

A recipe I found on Better Homes and Garden. Very good leftovers. Use the flavors you enjoy for spicing up the veggies, I prefer a spicier taste so I used cumin and cayenne. I have listed recommendations - if you find a spice that works well that's not listed, please let me know so I can add it to the list!

    Recipe #314650

This is from a recipe magazine I receive - I can't remember which one!

    Recipe #308091

I found this recipe somewhere online, and it's sooo easy and yummy! It's what I use all the time now! You can make your own pesto, or use store-bought.

    Recipe #303680

I always love eating Mexican style food - but hate how icky I feel after overeating at a Mexican restaurant. This is one of my favorite meals that I order. Very similar to making tacos, just on the shell instead. Quick and easy to make - I can cook this up on a weeknight.

    Recipe #291502

As a kid my dad would bring these home Sunday mornings and they were a favorite of mine. I decided to experiment and make a copycat and this is what I came up - very scrumptious way to start a weekend morning.

    Recipe #259012

Much much healthier than fast-food fries and just as good (if not better!)

    Recipe #246046

I found this in a Tapas cookbook I have. A twist on deviled eggs and very delicious. Easy to double or half the recipe.

    Recipe #243709

I have not had a chance to try this. I got it from a family friends. It sounds delicious. If you try it, let me know the number of servings and preparation times. I hope it's as good as it sounds!

    Recipe #242174

A family friend gave me this recipe and I have not had the chance to try it out. If you try this - let me know what you think and please tell me the serving size and custom yields as those are rough estimates.

    Recipe #242173

I have not tried this. It came from a family friend and sounds quite good. If you make, please let me know servings, and prep time so I can fill those amounts in.
