    We were getting bored with the same thing for dinner every week so I played around in the kitchen and came up with this recipe inspired by a sandwich I had at a local restaurant. We both really enjoy it and hope you do as well! The ingredients aren't precise, put as much or as little of each into your pita. Tastes great with a fresh salad on the side.

    Great quick snack and very delicious. My DH and I will often have these for lunches on weekends or when I just don't feel like cooking. I never measure what I'm putting on this; I just put what looks right - so my measurements are estimates. Very easy to adjust to individual tastes - for example I don't like tomatoes and my DH doesn't like black olives so those two items get put on separate halves of the nachos.

    This is a yummy carrot cake that is delicious. I got the recipe from the Jack LaLanne's power juicer cookbook and use my juicer to make the carrot and apple pulp needed. I completely take away all healthy aspects of this carrot cake by slathering it with icing. The cake itself is a little dry - but the icing makes if perfect!

    A recipe I found on Better Homes and Garden. Very good leftovers. Use the flavors you enjoy for spicing up the veggies, I prefer a spicier taste so I used cumin and cayenne. I have listed recommendations - if you find a spice that works well that's not listed, please let me know so I can add it to the list!
