This is a recipe I have made several times with great results. Taking thick boneless chicken breasts and slicing each in half, creating 2 slices from one chicken breast fillet. Than take a kitchen utensil meat tenderizer/pounder and tenderize each fillet on a cutting board or counter top. Making sure to wash counter or cutting board after using with hot soapy water and hot rinse water after preparing the raw meat. The chicken breast comes out so tender and moist after baking. Can use the fillets in a sandwich or as a main meat at dinner. We love these as a chicken fillet sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion with mayonnaise on a buttery toasted bun.

    Recipe #518052

This is my own version of vegetable casserole. I had some can food items in my pantry and I thought why not try to make a vegetable casserole with using all foods that I had on hand in pantry and refrigerator. You may use most any canned vegetable in this recipe and season to your desire.

    Recipe #498045

Not sure where I found this recipe but I wanted to keep it in my cookbook here at Zaar for future times. My husband loved them, he ate the whole container his self, I may of gotten 2 clusters before they were gone. It's so easy to make and usually I have the ingredients on hand most all the time in my pantry. Great for homemade gifts at Christmas!

    Recipe #408341

This is a recipe I came up with on the spur of the moment at the lake. We needed another side dish to go along with the food our neighbors was preparing for all of us. So I went to my pantry and took a look around and seen I had some canned veggies that I could use up. Needless to say, this was a big hit that evening. The flavor is much better the longer this recipe is chilled in the ref. til time to serve.

    Recipe #383790

This is a recipe that I made for us this morning. It's simple to make and was delicious with using recipe#47780 over top. You can make this with using your favorite breakfast meat and your favorite way of making eggs. I just scrambled our eggs for this meal. You may add cheese too if you don't want to use any kind of syrup over top. NOTE: I used 1 c buttermilk plus 1/2 cup regular milk to thin out the batter a bit.

    Recipe #348508

This is a recipe I found in Paula Deen's Holiday Collector's Magazine. I wanted to share it here at Zaar. It's a simple and easy recipe. I made them for my boys back in North Carolina for their Christmas holiday goody treats I send them every year. I also want to mention that I made mine on top of the stove in a large pot and than transferred it to my electric mixer mixing bowl than added the confectioner sugar 1 cup at a time. I also used the Andes Peppermint baking bits in place of the peppermint candy and 2% milk. NOTE: You need miniature muffin cups and some cooking spray

    Recipe #342261

This recipe comes from the Michael Thurman Six Week Body Makeover Diet Program. I wanted to make sure I have this recipe somewhere where I can find it in case I lose my recipe card. It's really a delicious recipe with a ingredient I never thought of using to hold the meatloaf together along with the regular egg whites. I use Recipe #236938 for my rice.
