A very unique, and delicious recipe I discovered in one of my church cookbooks. It is full of garden vegetables, and easy to prepare. Its low in calories, and one of the best zucchini stir fries I've found. Its great as a side dish to any meal. I always look forward to serving this dish during the summer, and I hope you do too.

If your looking for a quick, easy, and no fuss dessert, this is it. You can use a pastry crust as the recipe calls for, or put in a pre-made graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust. You won't believe how good this tastes, for the little time involved in putting it together.

    Recipe #321683

One of my sisters brought this recipe home when she was in high school. A good friends mom made this recipe quite often and she loved it. My sister made it for our family and its been a favorite since. I make this dish every New Years Day, and throughout the year. It has a very creamy filling, if you like cream cheese, and are looking for something different, you will love this.

I found this recipe on the back of a box of brownies several years back. These are so yummy, and my favorite way to make brownies. Once you bite into them, you'll know why. The wonderful flavor of the pecans, and the chocolate fudge-like frosting makes these super. I haven't used pre-packaged brownies in a long time and have adapted my brownie recipe to this. I hope you enjoy this sweet treat.

This is going to be one of the easiest Beef Roast you've ever made. This roast is so tender and delicious, yet so simple to make. The flavor of the pepper rings and juice goes right through the roast, and it is so moist, with a mild taste. I received this recipe from a close friend who works in the meat dept. at a local grocery store. When customers ask for a different way to make a roast, they suggest this. The leftovers make the best sandwiches. Be sure you use the Mild pepper rings, and not the Hot. I wouldn't advise adding potatoes or carrots to this recipe. This is one of my husbands favorite, I hope you like it too.

    Recipe #184705

A delicious salad that goes with any type of celebration. I received this recipe from my mom, and its a favorite at our family gatherings. The addition of the Craisins adds a nice sweetness to this salad. It makes plenty, so if serving for a small family, you may want to half the recipe.

    Recipe #184612

Years ago when my sister was in college, she worked at an Italian Restaurant. This was the most requested appetizer there. When she quit, she asked for the recipe. We all still look forward to this when we get together.

    Recipe #184338

I found this wonderful recipe in one of our local papers a few years back. It is so delicious, and the caramel is what makes this pie so special. The recipe calls for Jonamac apples, but I use a mixture of yellow delicious, and macintosh and it turns out great.

    Recipe #184183

This is a favorite of mine to take to family get togethers, and picnics. The bacon adds a nice flavor and compliments the other crisp ingredients. It is easy to assemble, and it travels well.

    Recipe #184075

With Fall right around the corner,I thought I would share with you my favorite recipe for apple crisp. I know that their are several posted but this is just to good not to list. It mixes together very easily, keeps well, and the top stays crisp. It also can be doubled,by baking in a 9 by 13 pan. Its a favorite among our family and friends, and I have had several requests for this recipe. It is so delicious served with icecream, or just on its own. The crunchy topping adds to the sweetness and compliments the apples. Its a wonderful Fall dessert.

    Recipe #183901

A friend of mine shared this recipe with me, and I have made waffles this way ever since. They are so light, slightly sweet, and just perfect served with fresh fruit and a little whipped cream, or syrup. A wonderful way to start the day. Hope you enjoy them too.

    Recipe #183571

This is a very light, cool, and creamy jello salad that compliments any kind of meal. I received this recipe from my dear mother in law, and it is still prepared by her at every holiday meal. Its very important that you follow the directions exactly for the mixing of the ingredients, or otherwise it may not blend well together. Cooking time includes refrigeration set up. I hope you enjoy this as much as our family does.

    Recipe #183196

This is a delicious sweet recipe that was given to me by my SIL. It combines peanut butter and butterscotch with a wonderful chocolate frosting in a unique bar, that is easy to prepare. We receive a plate of these every Christmas, and they disappear fast. Sometimes when I make these, I double the frosting recipe to have a thicker frosting, but that would be up to you. Hope you enjoy them too.

    Recipe #182423

This is a wonderful summer treat for all peanut butter and ice cream lovers. It's very simple to make, but be sure to plan ahead, as it needs to set up in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. If you don't care for chocolate, you can substitute graham cracker pie crusts. Time preparing includes freezing time.
