    Another nice looking recipe I'd like to try from TOH's Simple and Delicious. This recipe is the starter for the turkey portion of another recipe - Buffalo Turkey with Linguini (also from TOH's Simple and Delicious). I love finding recipes that springboard eachother to speed up your week's menu!!! ***Yield is listed as 4 servings PLUS 16 oz. of cooked turkey breast tenderloins to be used eitehr in the Buffalo Turkey Linguini or any other recipe you see fit.

    A tasty looking recipe I am dying to try found in my June 2009 issue of TOH's Simple and Delicious. This recipe uses meat cooked in a sister recipe - Roasted Turkey Breast Tenderloins & Veggies ( also posted). I am sure you could make them ahead using the similar seasonings too. :) ***Prep/Total time is listed as 25 minutes for the meal. I haven't made it yet so I can't say until I do. I assume the chopping will take a few....

    I found this in my June 2009 issue of TOH's Simple and Delicious. I am posting until I try it - recipe says it is a great freezer meal - can be frozen up to 3 months (and is $1.75 a serving according to them). :) I'll give it a whirl! **serving size is 2 casseroles, 6 servings each approx.

    My DH found this recipe in a Paul Prudhomme book and has adjusted it to our preferences. Great side for just about anything (especially grilled foods) with a light flavor - which doesn't end up competing with your other dishes. Really easy to make, just toss it in the oven and forget about it (so to speak) while you work on other things. :) We tend to like the gorgonzola cheese lately, but feta also works really nicely. It all depends on what your main dish flavor is and your preference. Cooking times can vary - we find 70 minutes works perfectly for us.

    This is a quick work night dinner we throw together when we are busy. Tasty and healthy, but best of all, my family will eat it! :) I usually grab a mixed fresh bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots when time is short and steam it 3/4 of the way through the rice ( times depend on your individual steamer - mine takes 50 minutes for long grain brown rice so I time the rest of mel accordingly). Brown rice is definitely a heathy choice, a little nutty or firmer in texture, but give them this flavorful dish and they will gulp down the rice and those dreaded veggies! **Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste and Glaze with Honey and Pineapple** is what gives this recipe the ease and flavor.
