Have your pasta and eat it too! This revamped recipe from Cook Yourself Thin makes sure you get all the flavor without the fat and calories! 529 calories per serving

    Recipe #391770

A light version from Cook Yourself Thin tv....decadent way to satisfy that chocolate craving without blowing the calorie bank!! Subbing veggies for the butter/oils or fats is a key to keeping this down to 291 calories per bar while staying moist and delicious! **Prep time includes 20 minute cooling time

    Recipe #391761

A tasty cocktail using Cruzan black cherry rum from Bartender dot com. You can certainly increase the amounts depending on the size glass used - just keeping the ratios 1:1:2 . 1 part the black cherry rum, 1 part light rum and 2 parts pineapple juice.

    Recipe #391741

Can be made using any veggies surrently in season or available to you....should be FRESH! A delicious way to enjoy your pasta - without it "enjoying" you so to speak! From the Cook Yourself Thin tv show.

    Recipe #391735

Another tasty way to use Cruzan Black Cherry Rum from Barnonedrinks dot com

    Recipe #391732

An interesting cocktail that looks like a great one from Barnonedrinks dot com. Original contributer was-- Bartender: Derek O’Neill Butler, Prime One Twelve Restaurant, Miami, FL. I interpretted the amounts as Zaar doesn't allow "parts" (I may update this once I make it). Here is the original for those who want to change it: 5 part(s) Pineapple Juice Fresh 1 part(s) Cruzan Black Cherry Rum 1 part(s) Hornitos Plata Tequila 1 splash(es) Orange Juice 1/2 part(s) DeKuyper Tropical Pineapple Schanpps The website blurb made me laugh...maybe this will explain the drink as well: "What once seemed a bargain came to claim its dues. Adjustable rates soar. The housing market plummets. Buyers beware!"

    Recipe #391731

A light, healthy way to enjoy your chicken parmesan without the guilt! From the Cook Yourself Thin show. **Havent made this yet, but it looked amazing...of course it appeared to have been cooked in under 30 minutes, but I am guesing it will tke me much longer. :)

    Recipe #391730

Nice summery, tropical flavored cockatil using Cruzan Black Cherry Rum from The Bachelor Guy dot com **I might make this in a larger glass - a pounder for sure...and use 1 oz each on the rums....haven't made it yet so am posting as written.

    Recipe #391728

Add a little flavor to your cola! This Black Cherry Rum is tasty - this recipe courtesy bartender dot com

    Recipe #391727

Delicious way to use Cruzan Black Cherry Rum from artender dot com.

    Recipe #391725

Another way to use the yummy Cruzan Black Cherry Rum from bartender dot com **Can increase amounts depending on size of serving glass. Just keep ratio somewhat in perspective....and to taste. :)

    Recipe #391723

Recipe given to me by the bartender at my local Buffalo Wild Wings. YUMMY!!!

    Recipe #391720

Another delicious find watching Cook Yourself Thin. These lil gems have 116 calories each....MUCH better than your run of the mill cookies. :) Parchment paper is a great baking trick without any added calories that cooking sprays sometimes add. :) **Baking time is 17-20 minutes depending on the size of your cookies and your oven. ENJOY!! **As noticed by a reviewer, I failed to catch that the original recipe didnt mention when to add the raisins. Hopefully this is corrected satisfactorily -- I had to go watch the episode to see what they did! :) I believe the rum/whiskey should be absorbed by the raisins. If there is residual it is certainly at your discretion what to do with it - I would add it as it would lend to the flavor and only be a small amount. This is what it appeared they did, but was not clearly stated. :)

    Recipe #391719

Another tasty recipe I found watching Cook Yourself Thin! YUMMY!!! Recipe calls for 2 servings at 420 calories ( this is for 2 halves stuffed per can feed 4 if used as a side and only 1 served and at half the calories too!).

    Recipe #391338

These are delicious looking, easy and MUCH better for you! I saw it this morning on Cook Yourself Thin!

    Recipe #391331

I found this recipe on Huckleberry Hounds - a Montana based site while searching info for my fav - huckleberries. :) YUM!!

    Recipe #386056

This is an extremely simple ADULT bevy....I found this worked and was rather tasty while visiting friends in Albuquerque, NM. Availability of the classic Sunny D Mango flavor is hit and miss....but trust's worth trying! Classic bottle....light green lid. NOT the orange infused new stuff (dark blue lid). :) Lots of friends have tried this...and Chef --V asked oh, so nicely that I get it posted. It is so nice on a hot day...sitting by the pool (or not). Very smooth and deceptively sneaky so be careful (ok, I pour a lil heavy-handed.) I posted it with a better ratio I hope. :) **NOTE: Zaar hasn't added Mango SUnny D to the data Base yet - so just know THAT IS what is called for. :)

    Recipe #383146

These little gems look like a bite of chocolate heaven - even to ME!! I KNOW they will satisfy my little guy - who is on an anti-veggie kick at the moment. Makes me think of the decadent chocolate frosted cake from school daze that had beets in it - every kid's nightmare. Couldn't believe it when I saw the recipe as a kid. Oh, well. Get 'em in there any way you can Mommy....until they get over the YUCK phase. THIS TOO SHALL PASS! And with these cupcakes, it looks like our secret is safe!!

    Recipe #382731

According to the recipe, this will taste like an Almond Joy candy bar. Sounds lovely to me (and it's quick and easy!!). Published in the June 2009 issue of TOH's Simple and Delicious. I think I would try using a fresh pound cake from the bakery...we will see how it comes out. Hope it is as deelish as it looks! They list this as $1.46 per serving!

    Recipe #382726

A quick any night dinner fix when you are short on time and don't know what to make - from June 2009 TOH's Simple and Delicious. CAN be adjusted to suit your tastes and what's in the fridge/pantry! Recipe calls for frozen peppr strips, thawed. I have never used those so I modified it to use fresh peppers quickly sauteed. **Also think red pepper flakes would be good in this - asparagus. Haven't made dish yet, will update as I do.
