My wife got this recipe from her aunt. This has to be one of the best ways to cook a prime rib. We have always used a 10 to 12 pound prime rib roast and it comes out perfect everytime. The trick is to not open the oven at all. We literally tape the oven closed so the kids won't accidentally peak in on the roast.

    Recipe #405441

I got this recipe from a newsletter (via email). This recipe is courtesy of Linda Dixon. I made it and I loved it. If you like a cream-type of potato soup and dill, this is the one for you. Please feel free to tweak to your personal preferences, I did. I will post the recipe how I got it. The substitutions I made was instead of evaporated milk, I used about 5 oz. (1/3 of a 16 oz tub) of sour cream, and I used shredded carrots instead of sliced. Enjoy.

I am a big fan of soups. Here is another one with Zucchini that I got from my FIL's girlfriend. Please, feel free to adjust to your personal tastes.

    Recipe #245501

This recipe came from my FIL's girlfriend. She sent me a bunch of zucchini recipes since that wonderful veggie always over-produces. Enjoy. Please feel free to tweak to your personal tastes.

    Recipe #245397

My son and I saw this on a PBS cooking show (Test Kitchen) and thought that it looked good so we tried it and loved it. I would use this as a base recipe and then added whatever you want afterwards like a package of ranch or bacon. Hope you enjoy. Cooking time will vary.

    Recipe #195329

I found a form of this recipe on-line and due to the lack of some ingredients I modified it and ended up liking it more than the original. It a very refreshing dip for chips or even as a sauce for meats or whatever. I personally enjoy it with steak.
