    This is a slice that my guests kept sneaking back for, it is absolutely delicious. It's got macadamis, toasted which are FAB, caramel and and chocolate and...OK, it's not low fat but it's so rich that you don't need to eat a lot to feel satisfied. That's dieting too right?     This is the best, best barbeque recipe for chicken. The ricotta keeps the chicken moist, I make these then slice them, both to show off the nice insides and because it's easier to share.     I love this recipe so much I lost the cookbook and rebought it just for this. The cumin seeds and kumara really are a fantastic addition to a nachos. You could probably cut back a bit on the cheese for a lower-fat version. For a non-vegetarian version, add 1 cup chopped cooked chicken. I can't thank Womens Weekly enough for their recipes.
