This is my favorite pot pie recipe. I like to use individual dishes so I can put everyone's favorite (no onions etc) in their pie, then poke holes in top of their initials.

    Recipe #363069

I just found this recipe on the side of the egg-white container I bought. I adjusted by using whole wheat and splenda brown sugar sub and adjusted spices. They are REALLY tasty for a low cal muffin!! AND EASY!

    Recipe #302762

Actually, I don't have any vegan friends but if I did, they would be happy! This is a fantastic chili that just happens to be vegan. Made with soy crumbles, it can fool almost anyone. I promise you won't miss the animal by-products! :)

    Recipe #286568

This is such a great salad to keep in the fridge to nibble on! I love the combo of flavors.

    Recipe #285860

I was SO excited to find fresh dandelions at my farmers market today. If you can get your hands on some, this is a delicious way to cook them! The greens are the dandelion stems.

    Recipe #285700

Vegetarian or not, you've got to try this one! I have even converted eggplant haters with this! It is SO good! Very forgiving too you can make ahead partially or completely and freeze or hold in fridge a day or until needed. Enjoy!

    Recipe #279071

This is an Alexis Stewart recipe from Martha's website. I really love the freshness of this salad. It is a bit labor intensive but feeds a crowd! Hope you enjoy as much as I do!

    Recipe #267502

    Yummy pita pizza!

    Recipe #267471

Fantastic holiday side dish, has a bit of a kick. Guesstimated onion bag size. Whatever the standard bag at the store is, that's the size!

    Recipe #267458

This is an adaption of a south beach recipe. I promise meat eaters won't miss the beef!!

    Recipe #262482

These are my spin on Bev's Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. After becoming ADDICTED to hers, I wanted to make them more figure friendly!

    Recipe #260029

These are the HEALTHY brownies from Jessica Seinfeld's new book, Deceptively Delicious. She made them on Oprah last week and they looked great. The only change here is I made them with a mixture of wheat & white flour instead of oat flour and I used butter instead of trans fat free margarine as the original recipe calls for because that's what I have in my kitchen! To puree veggies, I used microwave then ran through the food processer. I would guess about 1 1/4 cups of carrots made the 1/2 cup puree and almost a whole bag of pre-washed baby spinach for the spinach puree. They are not overly sweet OR chocolatey but for being healthy, they are not bad! My 11 year old just came in and said YUM, BROWNIES!

    Recipe #259359

These are too cute! Adapted from Hey there Cupcake cookbook! My mom & I made 35 for daughters birthday! Fun!

    Recipe #251118

This a an easy no fat light lunch. Obviously, you can customize with adding your favorite herbs and or veggies, but I like it best this way!

    Recipe #248672

This is adapted from Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone by Deborah Maddison. I love the flavor and simplicity of this soup. It originally calls for cream and mushroom stock but I have cut the fat by using 2% milk and veggie bouillon instead. Feel free to use full fat ingredients if calories are not an issue! You can fry a few mushroom slices in butter as a garnish to make it even better!

    Recipe #248270

I couldn't find anything like this on the Zaar so I am posting it. I found this in the local paper. Definitely for a sophisticated palette! Unique but not overpowering! I really like it!

    Recipe #246754

This is one of my beloved family recipes. My Grandmom Toe and Grandfather Don lived outside of Meadville PA. Her family had a restaurant in the 30's and I believe that is where this came from. You can take the pulp of the tomatoes and make a casserole with it and extra cracker mixture if you want. This was my Grandfather's favorite. They are just as good re-heated and it's one of those things that I have to keep eating until it's gone! YUM!

    Recipe #237039

This was originally made for me by a friend in New Zealand using Kumera. Sweet potato is the closest I can find to Kumera. You can finish off the soup with coconut cream swirled into the bowl to make this good but not so pretty soup more appealing!

    Recipe #228340

This comes from my favorite cookbook, Vegetarian cooking for everyone by Deborah Maddison. I LOVE this soup. It is earthy & so satisfying. I make it at least once a month and wanted to post for nutrition info! This soup gets better as it sits!

    Recipe #227665

I got this from my cousin years ago for a family reunion. It is my one & only signature dessert and you'll see why!! FABULOUS, not too sweet, not too dry, JUST RIGHT! I have to cut them into squares before taking them anywhere so I can "check" and make sure they are good :)
